That’s why I am suggesting if he swaps edges to Martin and Smith he be a keep cause Martins offloads and they love that edgemultiple.scoregasms wrote:
I'm moving Holland and I don't think it's particularly close. He doesn't get ball in attack with Jackson cutting back in every play and doesn't go looking for work to pick up those cheap tbs.

Do you think he goes top 3 or 4 WFB by seasons end?
I see top 3 as Teddy, Turbo and Ponga(at fullback)
4 could be any of Edwards, RTS or a winger on a try scoring spree (Oates, Fergo, Vunivalu etc)

50K short of going to Surgess. Other trade is Rava > Burns.
He's had a role change and looks like a trade. I'd lean towards A

I agree with this. My Edwards trade will allow me to free up cash to get Ted and make more cash with Bird. Making money very important in these early rounds. If I was looking at trading out a top 3 WFB I'd be likely to hold but with no guarantee he even finishes top 4, I think I'm satisfied with letting him go. If, like you I still had Holland I would obviously trade him instead. I don't know, I'm 50/50. You can't get every cow so I could just let Bird go, but then I'm not sure how to get Tedesco in when he bottoms out.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 22
I tend to think Edwards will come good (good enough to average in the 40's and not be a major problem until you can upgrade).
As others have mentioned his bread and butter is returns and support play. Panthers have had a couple of games that didn't really suit him. When they get a roll on and some more free flowing adlib stuff, that's when he'll come to the fore.
Either way, I doubt he drops too much more cash. Personally, there isn't a lot I can do with his position, until I can upgrade him, or someone cheap who is worth playing emerges.

Morgan Boyle has just signed with the Sea Eagles, I wonder what or if this will have an impact on their forward rotation with Waddell, Sipley etc

71 minutes, 33 tackles, and 161 metres last week. The base stats are there for James. He had a few negatives that made his score disappointing. He was close to scoring a try a couple of times, and with the way the Titans attack looks at the moment, he is about their best attacking weapon. Will probably get one this week haha.

I'm disappointed that Matt talked a big POD strategy in pre-season, but only picked one in the end.

I noticed that myself. But more than one if you count Katoa, Widdop and Xerri.

True, true.
I think picking Xerri is a strategy, moreso than a "POD". Xerri is top of most peoples list if he actually gets game time, picking him to start the season is a strategic selection. (Don't mention the fkn dirty word around here).

Speaking of Katoa, I was gonna start the year with 3 WFBs at around 300-400k. Wish I had now
Katoa, CNK, Burns. Would have been great

Bird against that Dragons right edge also looks juicy this week. I might bench the rookie halves this week.
