I don't think Shibasaki would have ever played wing.. I thought Kennar would of been pretty close to getting a run on wing if we needed a replacement.

I'll see what happens this round with the new cows. I'm likely to pick up Young next week if he goes okStormTrooper96 wrote:
Cheers WL... Up the reds. Not sure which cow! Herbert, Seve, Young, Turpin??
Grabbing Turpin this week because his JS is probably the best, although I’m a bit weary of him only being around for 3-4 weeks with maccas recovery being normally good. Can go Garner/Hughes in a straight swap next week so unless another cow really looks like making some good money I’ll save a tradeChewie wrote:

I’m bagging Turpin for 1 TA, 1 LB, 35+ tackle, 3 TB,s and 40+ mg, 50+ km last 4 years he has averaged around 50km’s a game, 2015 he averaged 150ish.my tv broke wrote:
I'm pretty sure he's always been a halfback though. Last year the "talk" about our young halves coming through was around Tanah Boyd and Paix. I think last year they just shoe-horned him into hooker, because they had too many halves to fit into that rep side.
Could well be wrong. He has played all season in Q Cup at halfback though.

Already have Dearden, plus I’m a gambling man and even with GK a 60+ minute hooker should get 40+. Also signs are pointing towards Broncs wanting to push turps for the 80 as we know Seibold likes an 80 minute hooker.White Lightning wrote:
wackos posted last night that Herbert was set to be the gk so that's got to be worth an extra 4-8 points. The thing with Macca is his injury history shows he's a quick healer. Dearden probably is the safest.
So what you’re saying is 72 out of 86 occasions a hooker playing 65 minutes or more will score more than 40. I like those odds.my tv broke wrote:There has been 86 times in 2019 that a starting hooker has played more than 65 minutes.
On 14 occasions they have scored less than 40. Radley 3 times, Hodgson 3 times, and a Panthers hooker 3 times.
The average of ONLY those 14, is 34 pts.
