I reckon Hunt will be there for Qld.

ARey is borderline keeper maybe? Will Hopoate (if no 2RFs available at CT)?

Arey, yep good call. And Hunt too, yeah probably there for origin. Hoppa I'd probably class as potential gun. Mitchell, who knows, I think he will be top two fantasy centres but would likely target him closer to origin - a wait and see to start the season I think. So updated:

Lolo, McInnes, ARey, Moses, N Brown, Matterson, Kapow, AFB, maybe Mitchell.

Somewhat pointless stat, but I was playing around with data queries.

In 2019, starting fullbacks/wingers/centres averaged a combined 35.8 in winning teams vs 29.8 in losing teams (didn't count anyone that played less than 60 mins)

So on a very basic level, outside backs in winning sides outscore outside backs in losing sides by about 6 points.

You would have to think so as teams that are winning are most likely scoring on the wings.

"In reference to questions about price bumps for some players (eg B.Brailey), a few of the most obvious cash cows have had their prices increased based on their expected larger roles this season to encourage more variety among teams.

It will make picking a starting squad more of a challenge, but nobody is really disadvantaged (the prices are the same for all Fantasy coaches after all).

Brailey is still a bargain with a break even of about 27, he just won't be in 100% of Fantasy teams now "

This is a good move IMO. Will let more people play their own game instead of following the pack. Could see some major variances in rankings.

Too spoilt for choice to pick just three right now..

    So much value around;
    Garner

    Williams
    Stimson
    Lowe
    Su'a
    Tapine
    Crichton

Then you have your usual suspects
    N.Brown
    Harris
    Murray
    RyMatt
    Tolo
    Bateman
    JFH
    Taupau

I physically cannot pick 3 right now
What are people’s thoughts on Stimson?
Obviously he’s very undervalued if starting but the Dogs do have a few back-rowers that could easily be swapped around.
Would he be worth the risk if he started on the edge and then maybe sell him once/if he goes back to the bench or just avoid all together?

I think he will start on the edge, but I think a lot more info will come out during pre season trials... Hell CNK was nothing last year until the pre season trials and then became a gun

I’m expecting Yeo to be available as a dual ctr/2rf playing at 2rf after playing a number of games at ctr last season

2015 Avg 40.5 from 19 games at 2nd row (mostly 80 min, removing his one injury game) five tries
2016 Zero games starting from 2nd row. Avg 60.6 at prop.
2017 Zero games starting from 2nd row. Avg 47.8 at prop.
2018 Avg 44 from 5 games starting 2nd row, one try (one game was reduced minutes though)
2019 First two rounds starting 2nd row for scores 25 and 42. Pretty sure he was rotated through the middle before being subbed off at 60 and 71 minutes respectively.

So if playing middle he's value, if edge only some value but maybe not enough.

From memory in 2016 he scored a huge number of tries while playing prop, something like 12 tries that season

Gut feel is that I'd say its likely to fall under my general strategy found below.

    1) Pick too many Raiders players
    2) Find out which poms Welshy is going to leave out even though he rates them and get them
    3) Second guess and Panic trade at every opportunity

So i guess that means... Williams and Wighton.

Yeah mate, 11 in the regular season and one in finals. I wouldn't be expecting 60 average again anytime soon but should be good for 50+ if in the middle you would think.

Look, lets just open up failhub already!! Get these draft teams going.

Anyone reckon there'll be any visual or functional differences this year?

Sorry Razz It's the name we have given NRL Fantasy. I think they're given name is something like FanHub (whom took over the running of NRL Fantasy last year... or the year before) so it was just a given that they are now known as Failhub because of the amount of times we were all let down last year.
