Yeah I'm with Milch on this one. I don't really see Friend play many games less than 60mins bar injury

I'm certainly starting to see the case for him.
I started with him last year, not sure if its luck or a sign of age, but he broke pretty quickly twice last year. I'm just concerned that even if fit he might see reduced minutes given his 2019 and the talent coming through.
But I could be way off the mark as others have pointed out.
It looks like both Brailey and Grant will play 80 after all.

The fact he broke down twice last year isn't a good sign fro Friend. It does give me some reason to doubt starting with him (more so than losing to Verrills in any case)
Hopefully he got himself right over the off-season

Tend to agree but Ryan Hall may be touch and go for round 1 - if thats the case we may get some Aubbs at centres for a couple of weeks.. unless they debut a youngster..
Asu Kepaoa looking likely for a WCC debut in the back line. Robbo might see him ahead of Hall

The fact he was able to make it bac for the GF last year gives me hope that he is well and truly good to go for 2020

There is a bit of a risk of injury, but the potential for getting a gun at discounted price is too good!

Haha, I haven't touched my team for a week or so. I'm happy with my current draft and will make changes closer to TLT once roles of players become clear.
Aiming for a top 10 finish this year, ha!

Hi Greg,
Last year you wrote to us asking if we would please address the accessibility issues on NRL Fantasy.
To ensure we are keep you up-to-date, we wanted to write to you to notify you that, despite our best intentions, we've been unable to make any significant progress in this matter for the 2020 season. This is due many variables, some of which we have no control over, creating a difficult equation that resulted in our prioritising upgrading the Tipping products that will service 125,000-plus users in 2020.
Please be assured that we remain committed to improving accessibility compliance for all our products. NRL.com takes this matter seriously (the main site has accessibility features) and a product upgrade is still at the top of our requirements list for 2021's product.
We're sure that's not what you were hoping to hear, but trust you will maintain the faith and continue as a passionate and resourceful member of the NRL Fantasy community.
Best of luck this season.
Kind regards,
NRL Fantasy & Tipping

Staggs and Bird at CTR, Farnworth and Oates on the wings and I cant see Siebold picking Boyd over Isaako at fullback
Maybe a bench spot while Bird/Oates spend some time at lock?
Broncos aren’t short on lock minutes in their forwards between offa, carrigan and tpj, will be more likely the other way with Fifita and Glenn spending some time in the centers

my tv broke wrote:I just came across this quote from Kevin Proctor
“I really liked Neil (Henry) but they got rid of him (in late 2017). We had interim coaches, then Garth (Brennan, 2018-19) for two years which wasn’t really good.
“Now we’ve got Justin. He’s been good, but we haven’t really had that stability around the coaches and team. There’s so many people in and out of the squad as well.
~removed some quotes about Bellamy and having a strong system at Storm~
“You can tell by the way the boys bring themselves into training. There’s no nonsense.
“I know you’re supposed to be like that when you’re a professional athlete anyway, but it hadn’t been happening the last couple of years. We’d turn a blind eye and let things go.
“This year it’s non-negotiable. Everyone is pulling each other up on everything.
“It’s good. That’s what we need. It doesn’t matter if you’ve played two or 200 games, everyone’s the same. You have to buy in or piss off.”
lol snap
Also gotta wonder what Mal was actually doing since he was brought in last year (?) to fix the culture and it just appeared to go further downhill.
That’s coming from a coke head. Must be really turning things around.
