Everyone scores better if you only include the games where they score well. Knight will still have his fair share of sub 50 minute games (I'd guess 45-55 minutes would be the standard)

When starting prop he averages about 50 minutes and 45 points.

It's a nice bonus over the 39 he is priced at, which is why people are considering him, but it isn't in must pick territory

I wonder if he does start at 13, if he gets more like 60 mins consistently.

Tom Burgess and Tatola probably starting props, and would likely be the first and second changes around 20th to 25th minute.. Knight stays on to early 30s, comes back around 55th .. hmm

I guess depending on how much time Murray spends in the middle also. He may only see 45 minutes or so, at least off the bat, 60 minutes would be ideal. Depends too on how the Murray experiement goes.

Ramien just breaking tackles for fun over the weekend. Something like 11 runs and 12 TB's in 62 minutes. Will be good to see how the Sharks utilise Ramien and Xerri together.

Just start with Ramien and Burns and be done with it. Maybe even Marsters if he gets the boot to start.

Maybe Murray and Su'A starting second row, Murray moves to the middle around 25 when Lowe comes on, Murray comes off at 50 when Knight/Tatola/Burgess come back for their second stint then Murray replaces Su'a at 60-65 to finish up on the edge?

Will be anyones guess how the minutes will be spread out in that pack. Maybe Murray players 80 (25 edge, 30 in the middle, 25 edge)

I think Knight has value but I think some are overstating it. If you only look at his scores over 50min you just so happen to be picking his three best fantasy games. Is that because of the extra minutes, or is it because he just so happened to make a couple more tbs and score a try. Hard to know with a sample of three. What about his 20 points in 46 minutes starting at prop in rd 21? I think looking at games over 40 mins gives you a better handle. He scored 43 in 47 minutes from 11 games using that method. Will he get a lot more than 47 minutes? Or his games starting prop are 45 in 48 minutes from 7 games. Even his ppm of 0.92 x 50 min = gives you 46. Definitely some value but I'm not totally convinced. I'm gonna say he'll average about 45.

Tom Burgess played 50mins in the trial the other night, could it be that he is gonna play bigger minutes?

My guess would be first stint at lock, then Murray moves there during the game, and Knight comes back on as a prop (for whatever difference lock/prop will make to his fantasy output)
Not willing to stab at minutes too much, as a lot is going to depend on how Murray is used, so it will be a bit of guesswork pre round 1.

Re-did my team today and I don't really like it. Not sure why just not a fan. Can't seem to pick that extra POD in my team. I feel like I am missing something. Too cookie cutter.

Just had a look at Raimen's stats last year and they looked the goods. I am tossing up between him and burns but am really leaning towards Raimen, especially due to Burns' injury concerns. Raimen can also be a POD. Reckon Raimen will also have a big year returning to cronulla. What's your guys' thoughts??

I personally think he played a lot better at the Sharks than he did at the Knights. He is a walking TB and tries were base stats for him in Cronulla. He will be playing on an edge with SJ, Nikora, Ramien and Dugan I am pretty sure which is lethal as fuck! I am in love with Burns though! I would love to run both.

Switching to the left will also see Murray tasked with shutting down any targeting of Walker in defence, with the attacking maestro averaging 48.5 missed tackles a game across his four seasons of NRL.

48.5 missed tackles a game for Walker apparently

Paul Carter Award - new record holder.

I hadn't looked at Ramiem yet but wondered to myself how many others were checking his price for the first time on Saturday night, like I was. Too high for me, for an actual centre, but a very enticing prospect for sure.

Watching him fend 5 guys off in one sideways run would have had everyone salivating. Depends if the coach has any influence on the way he plays but if he keeps that up, he is fantasy gold.
