Yeo is a great buy at $732k if he just keeps up a 60 average, 70s he is a steal.

You honestly think Yeo is going to maintain a 70 average?

More than Haas, Taumalolo, the glory years of CS9, Cook. Christ

Reckon he will struggle to maintain a 60 average, I would be getting him in expecting 55 max (still value for that) it's extremely tough.

Trades are scarce. Any cows aren't guaranteed cash either. D- Fifita was an easy trade out decision as his injury has a lot of cloud from the outset

T4 said it the other day and I agree. When you traded him in has no bearing on what you do going forward. If Lolo is out for say two weeks, he's out for those two weeks and you have 924k on the pine regardless of when you brought him in. It's like a one week injury and you hold them, and then they're out one more week - you would still hold them because it's only one week, regardless of what happened the week before.

It's a tough decision either way, but when you brought Lolo in shouldn't be the deciding factor.

No, I bought him expecting a 60+ average. His low score this season is 59 with no try assists or tries. He has come close to getting them. Is delivering keeper level 2RF scores at $732k with a BE of 11.

After 3 games? Average as starting lock is 52 only 7 games as discounting anything before 2018

I'd be wary of expecting that sort of average long term

I got Lolo last week against my gut of Twal or Frizell and cost me 17pts from changing C of Haas. I'm not planning on getting Twal or Frizell now. Lolo is an easy swap to Teddy who I really want and the thought that Lolo may miss 2 games at least would sway me. If I chose that option and Aubo not named starting 2RF I can easily make him Mofo or Yeo if I chose Lolo>Teddy. Currently 23 trades left

Just saying I'd be wary over expecting someone to maintain this sort of form over 17 remaining games

All depends on if the rules stay the same

He played 90 minutes at lock pretty easily on the weekend and barely missed a tackle. Locks, hookers, and bouncy fullbacks have gone even further up in value relative to other players very quickly

If it stays like this you’re mad to not get as much of that value as early as possible. A 4 hooker bench is a real possibility for me in the near future

If you got Yeo in early you are laughing.

If you don't have him yet, it's not clear he is the best value avao

MS made a similar suggestion recently and I didn't call it out when I should have, but I am definitely calling it out now.

If someone started with Lolo and has 22 trades left, they are in exactly the same position as someone who traded Lolo in last week and has 22 trades left.

It doesn't magically cost you extra trades if you've had him for a short amount.

Once someone is in your team the price you paid for them and the round you got them are 100% irrelevant for future trade making decisions

If this was about what I posted which it may be, I was more referring to the logic used in selected him rather than the amount of trades.

If it wasn't then ignore this all together.

Another thing about trading Lolo is suddenly instead of using 3-4 trades and selling likes of Horse Brailey Walters I can do 2 trades only and get Yeo and Teddy for Lolo and Aubo and milk the low level cows longer. I'd actually save trades and potentially eek out more money. I'm seriously considering

Is McInnes now an 80-point player whose price will keep climbing until its an unprecedented 1.2 Million and nobody can afford him? Is Yeo going to keep scoring 70s whilst I keep saying “he can’t keep it up, I’ll pass”? Is Turpin a safe 60 for under 600k, and Levi a 50 for a scant $500k?
It changes the game a little and the usual strategies are completely out the window with so many unknowns. I can bring in Teddy and Turbo with change for Cleary next week and any other year that would be the right moves, but all these forwards making 50% more tackles have got me spooked

This is the main thing in the back of my mind with Lolo.

Last year, if he’s 2 weeks out, I’d hold... because there’s like 3-4 players at most in his league, none in his position.

This year, if they keep playing like R3, they’ll be half a dozen hookers, a few other middles, and maybe some support runners up there with him.

So how much of a hold is he really if that keeps up.

This season we have gone from one 80 minute middle (Jurbo), to having 4 of them (Twal, Haas, Yeo). Hard to ignore them, especially with the benches being listed each week.

Tracey was on the bench rounds 1 and 2 and Brailey played 80 both times. Tracey is probably just a utility for injuries. may give Brailey a break if he needs it, but I wouldn't be too concerned

It was actually Brailey in an interview that mentioned Tracey being there but he would like to play 80

From memory Tracey was needed to cover other players both times? May keep
happening and don’t think Brailey is a rush to sell but be surprised if he doesn’t give Brailey a spell soon, particularly with how rapid it is out there now
