Enough there for some cracking bench options mate, plenty of decent scoring and money making potential.

I'm currently running them all on bench/non scoring and going 2 guns to start season. Will use their cash to upgrade elsewhere when required

Titans didn't really have too much else going on last year as well. Bird just seems super sketch to start with. Walker isn't the same player he once was either and Roberts hasn't played in ages. Once again Centre position is a joke. Also I am a moron Kelly + Fog are left

Love it, otherwise the fuck would we talk about all season without some shithouse centres??

if Murray starts 13 Koloamatangi could also grab 60-70 odd mins on the left edge (2020 Lowe averaged 77 and Sironen 70 minutes when starting 2nd row), 0.8 career ppm and priced at 29 gives him tons of upside

    Your strategies mate are.........interesting.

Pretty bare on the gun edge forwards it seems. Based on last year we have Matto, Crichton, Harris. I can see benefit in having one of these players to start off with. Crichton is likely to be rested and plays origin while Matterson plays R12. Last year matto lost 3 games to injury (including his 5 points from 15 mins), while Crichton lost 7 weeks (no resting obviously but eased in for 30 mins in R17). As a result Matto scored 1024 and Crichton scored 808. Harris played all games for 1204.

Harris doesn't play R12 so for me it's between Crichton and Matto. I really think Crichton gets rested a minimum 2 games no matter what instead of the usual 1 for an origin player. Does the return of Radley outweigh the lack of Cordner for 12 rounds?

Dfifi definitely has the potential to achieve gun status. I am convinced he was disillusioned with the broncos last year and there's no doubt he was very lazy. I think I've convinced myself to go Matto or Dfifi, depending on whether I need the extra 100k

Murray to play lock I’m stoked with as it’s his best position. Sounds like Arrow could be eased in, especially with him recovering from this hammy strain.

I’m very keen on Koala now.

Predicted Souths pack at this stage:

    Tom
    Cook
    Tatola
    Su’a
    Koloamatangi
    Murray

    Arrow
    Knight
    Cartwright/Host
    Nicholls

    Sele
    Host/Cartwright
    Mago

Don’t wanna be cocky but I think that’s a pretty good pack. Like Bayley Sironen was playing at back end of last season I’d expect Koloamatangi to get 55-60mins.

Crazy day of NRL news today hard to keep up.

I’m also not that happy there is no more NRL Live App subscription.

I think Sironen will regret leaving Souths to Warriors. Much more competition for edge spots at the Warriors.

As MS showed the other day, the biggest factor in Cleary's increase in points last year was more kick metres after Jarome Luai replaced James Maloney as his partner.

Even though Penrith as a whole did much better last year than previous season's Cleary's personal attacking output was about his usual, so no reason to think its not sustainable.

    Happy fantasy year!!

Just tuned in, I need to make a new account as failhub said if I am to be apart of a supporter league I will need to start from scratch. So... Which club will be easiest to win this year? Titans a few years ago was pretty easy after a dreadful few years... On that logic Im gonna go with either the Dragons, Tigers or the Bulldogs. Although the Doggies probably bought a few new members with buys like cotric etc.

This is one of the better drafts I've seen that's running 2 gun halves, I'm a fan of going that direction this year I think. Bit of value in the edges this year early on too it seems to could be easy to downgrade one of your guns there in a pinch

Yeah as others have said, the value in EDG like Riki CHN etc can go into reserves and their value can be used to upgrade elsewhere. I like the look of having 2 guns from the outset in EDG and not having to worry about it too much. Matto should stick around all year and Fifi has a good price who can potentially meet the other EDG guns (Crichton who will get rested throughout and Harris whose role is unknown moving into a new year with a new coach)
