I'm unlikely to do it, but I'd be much more comfortable if the person was suspended rd 1 rather than injured.

For me it's just the thought of starting with a player who is so up in the air and potentially missing cash making is just isn't appealing. I could argue slam dunks but not Milf, and I'm a huge advocator of his

Im sorry for skipping pages 30-37, but ive just read the worst news after a terrible day at work myself. McInnes is leaving the Dragons Sad Sad

This post is more of an FYI that I am going to finish a couple more Beer and sob (aka "cry") myself to sleep tonight.

Would of run Bateman over Crichton at current price differentials for an edge gun, shame he's gone to Wigan

Every offseason in the weeks and months leading up to the new season I get chills just by thinking about the new season, the possibilities, the amazing stories, the ugly ones, the shock contenders, the unexpected failures, and most importantly what the fuck is going to happen with my beloved titans this year.

This offseason has been like no other; whenever I think about our chances a feeling just blossoms within me leaving me unable to stop a smile from crawling across my face. It is an indescribable feeling that I'm sure most avid NRL fans have felt. I am excited, I am excited about our chances. I am excited about my chances to prove my Bronco friends wrong and I am excited about the exciting brand of football this group of exciting footballers is going to display this season. I might get proven wrong, I might get disappointed even more by this club, but I really have a feeling I won't. New players are good, but it is the coaching staff and the culture that I am most excited about. I have been following all the players on Instagram and the players, especially Tino and David, seem so close. In fact, it reminds me a lot of the panthers this year. A young team proving everyone wrong by being able to surpass the barrier of limited experience by having a strong culture where all the players were in sync and playing for each other. I don't expect 2020 Penrith like results but I am just excited, optimistic maybe, about the prospect of how well we could go this year.

Sorry for the rant but the next 38 days couldn't go quick enough

    J. Brailey
    Lolo, Gilbert, Watson
    D.Fifita, Davey
    DCE, Munster
    Kelly, Roberts
    Turbo, Teddy, Holmes

    Liddle, Lam, Riki, Averillo

    Niu, Simmonson, Moylan, Blore

    109k ITB.

Turns out I can fit Holmes in my draft. I really like Crichton but can't overlook the possibility of resting and the fact that lolo plays one more game.

So many of the 'cash cows' are so awkwardly priced I kind of hate it. No faith at all in gilbert and davey

Nice positive post mate, really hope they come good for you, plenty of good signs last season with a much lesser squad. Will need the key players staying injury free because they don't have the coaching like Storm/Rooster to replace starts and keep the ship running smooth. Even if they don't quite make it this season you look good for the future

I have had years of massive failures with my sport teams. Warriors, Chargers, Newcastle Utd, Canucks, Pacers, Padres, Cardiff Blues. Full of losers and also rans Very Happy

For comparison purposes only. Rabbitohs, Packers, Spurs, Canadiens, Raptors, Nationals, and no idea. Could be worse.

Here’s my current draft subject to a million changes

    Brailey
    Lolo Gilbert Watson
    Matterson Fifita
    (C)leary Munster
    Bird Roberts
    RTS Turbo Niu

    Lam Davey Riki CHN
Liddle Averillo Blore Simonsson $7k remaining

Obviously assuming certain players get desired roles. Wanted Cleary as a set and forget captain, cheapish centres and a few guns to rely on who will miss Origin (Lolo, Matto, RTS). Would like a bit more cash in the bank in case for Round 1 blunders but not sure what to cut

This is one of the better drafts I've seen that's running 2 gun halves, I'm a fan of going that direction this year I think. Bit of value in the edges this year early on too it seems to could be easy to downgrade one of your guns there in a pinch

It seems like it's a question of will Cleary get around the same amount of kick metres.

Cleary had 5 scores over 90 last season. 2 Hundies which is eye watering.  Shocked  Shocked

4 scores over 90 in the previous 4 seasons combined.

    Tough to replicate that.

    edit. sorry 2 hundies.

Everyone keeps talking about heaps of value in theEDG position but is there really that much? There is Riki, Davey, Blore and Gilbert but that’s it really. CHN will probably be suspended and wasn’t that likely to start anyway and who are the others?

If 3/4 of those players are going to play close to 80 then having all 3 starting is probably going to be the best points/$ ratio there is

Kellys long term CTR average is mediocre as well. Granted players improve but I'm avoiding a CTR like Kelly with a season of decent scoring and comparing it to the year I got Holland who strung together a decent season there then regressed to the CTR norm. Funnily enough scores are similar the year Holland had a great back end to season
