I know it will most likely backfire but I think I am still going cheap in the centres with Niu and Averillo. Only top price centre I am interested in is Aitken or Bird for slightly under 400K...

Davey seems to be the only one with good job security that will play good minutes but you need 2-3 cheap forwards so who do you pick.

What was the news on Blore? Must have missed that.

    Edit: nevermind

I'm surprised that so many are keen on Roberts. He's missed a lot of football in the last two years.

I am leaning towards starting CTRs James Roberts, and Bird if he starts (don't care what position if he is in the 13)

Averillo and/or Niu (and I guess Feagai an option if starts) in NPRs. Hopoate and Momirovski also in consideration.

I know Kelly is popular but don't think he's worth the extra cash over the sub $400k options.

Haha, Roberts to Momo leaves me 3k short with present iteration. Haha, can I use the word iteration now that Rabbit is gone without being accused of copying?

Those quotes do seem promising for Momo

Without goalkicking though, not sure if he has enough value to be better than Hoppa/Roberts/Bird

But knows how to sniff out a try and playing at Panthers should help, so definitely on the watchlist.

I think Cleary should do a good job of getting Momo decent ball and also he can set up some tries for his wing partner To'o.

I always look at my ctr's as a combo re points scoring. As long as both individual scores total 50+ points then I'm happy. I'll be going Averillo to start because if he starts in the hlf's he'll easily score over 25 points. My 2nd ctr is currently J. Bird.

He's cheap, he's played more football than Jack Bird has and for me personally I imagine Madge has bought him over with the idea of making him a focal point of their attack.

Priced at 25 he averaged 34 last year (only 5 games) and  39 in 2019 (excluding 5 minute injury game)

As long as he's fit I back him for decent scores.
Obviously fitness some concern, especially in a fantasy team that will also have Jacob Liddle, Tommy Turbo and maybe Matt Moylan

This kind of makes it seem Naden almost walks back into that centre spot after a month?

More concern to me is off field issues returning. Souths punted him really quickly and on the quiet.

Admittedly it doesnt matter that much and he's cheap. I don't really have any preference for centres and will just go with whoever fits in when all hte other money is spent. Just aiming for at least one who has secure spot in the side eg hoppa

Momo would be right edge, his winger would be Staines.
Unfortunately as a Staines owner, Momo has 0 TAs at center. Hopefully Edwards and Cleary just cut him out directly to Staines.

Naden has also been hit with a 4 game suspension from the club as additional punishment from his incident after the grand final

Pleased to see he was actually penalised after taking cocaine the night before a grand final.

Take out goal kicking (which he probably won't have) and it drops to 33

He also averages 1.5 Try Assists a game in that sample which i am guessing he won't sustain.

He has base stats of about his priced average, so need him to have some attacking spark to make money

Never actually watched much of him and when I did I thought he looked a little lost and frantic... anyone able to give me some idea into his playing style last year
