I had a bit of a look at the potential teams and made up a draft of players that peak my interest:

McInnes, TPJ, Gilbert
Capewell, Luki

Stone, Gosie, Ese'ese, BTurbo

Where is McInnes going to be playing for the Sharks?

Lock with Brailey hooker, or hooker with Finucane lock? or something else
And if its at hooker is Brailey on bench or missing out?

With a year out of the game, I definitely won't be starting with him as captain, although depending on Sharks team list may consider him as a VC option. Just a shame that he didn't get any discount for missing a season.

McInnes is a great shout I think, right now Cleary is the only player I'll lock in but I'm tossing up between CM13 and Haas for that vc option. He should have a crazy high floor which makes him a good pick

Have done some quick research. Hastings was the top Stand Off in Superleague Fantasy, with 1265 points, next closest was Maloney with 897 points. He was 5th highest scoring overall in Superleague Fantasy, not too far behind 1st (1366 points).

Looking at his stats I have him at 36 NRL Fantasy Points per game plus kick meters, try saves, intercepts, turnovers and kicks in goal. If he gets 200 km per game, it would put him around 45-47 points per game.

He has a point to prove back in NRL. Cant wait to see him line up vs DCE. Going to have a blinder that day and be all over him like a cheap suit.

How long is Douehi out for? Wouldn't that shift Hastings to 14? Even if he plays 7 over Brooks, take away the goalkicking. Priced at around 36 there's still possible upside but it's a gamble on Wests' form and selections.

*Edit* answering my own question, Douehi slated to be back round 10, so yeah, opportunity for a bit of progress for Hastings if things go well.

Doubt he gets moved. Douehi never cemented the 6 jersey last season, expect him to play in the centers again this year, where they are short of quality players. Hastings has been brought in to play there as a specialist in that position.

Doueihi is injured & apparently will miss the 1st half of the season
McInnes will play lock at he Sharks but he scores better at hooker because he's a tackle bot & he's not really known for his running game/hitups. Will he be a big minute player at the Sharks or does he get spelled. I think he's a wait & see re his role at a new club. I was listening to a sc podcast & they said McInnes has bulked up in pre-season so that infers he will start at lock.

I've seen Cleary's ridiculous tattoo and will now be experimenting with Clearyless teams. Expect 30% performance drop.
