What price is he in NRLF? I'm considering him for my VSDT team (because I'm NOT playing NRLF).

around the $169,000 mark I think mate, not viable for me because he won't start and won't get the minutes of the pine

Read an article the other day where it would be Soliola moving into prop rotation. I don't know, I've seen a fair few guys keen on Whitehead but the Raiders pack just seems like a landmine. At the end of the day you are kinda guessing about the minutes breakdown.

who is the one guy that you keep trying to squeeze into your team in vain, but just never seem to fit him?

    Mine is Cartwright.

Mine is James Roberts. I think he will go to close to being the leading tryscorer in the comp but it might take a while for him to hit his straps.

Exactly mate which is why I'm not a fan if Papalii is playing in the 2RF high 20s and 30s last 5 round without his tries from someone who is playing 80 @400k I would rather invest in someone with better base stats and not rely on tries to boost his scoring...possible the Raider might of dicked a few team in those round so the defensive stats wernt there for him to get though

Haha, yeah that if a given, since he is like 180k more expensive than the other viable options. I gave up on Teddy long ago, threw the balance of my team out too much

Is Papalii a popular pick? Seems like Whitehead is in more people's teams.

mentioned Papalii because WL was debating a few picks a few posts before, Whitehead is nearly a $100,000 less and was fantastic in the SL so potential he does very well over in the NRL, his risk is a conjested Raiders pack and adjustment to the heat and better competition, I will
Likely be waiting a few rounds to see how he goes and how the raiders pack works out before getting him, I'm a huge whitehead fan but taking a few other risks in my squad and whitehead was the odd one out, he will come in for Rochow if he doesn't pan out

Rochow at 8K less seems a safer option.

    +1

I'm hoping for Teddy to have two quiet games in a row that'll significantly drop his value...and then time to bring him in. Also with a bad injury record you never know

Not so major here, but just read Moylan is hoping to be back by round 2

Tedesco's b/e is 54 for round 1 & he's projected to score 44. If the Warriors have not improved markedly from their dismal performance against the Dragons he could score 70.

All part of my master plan, get everyone scared off Teddy and then bring him in my team 5 minutes before lockout. Twisted Evil

Dude if the Warriors click from the get go they could belt the Tigers by 30 points. I've noticed you have some hatred towards the Warriors lately but they will be challenging for top 4.

    Forget the trials

If you select Tedesco to start the season you do so as a season keeper, much like SJ you ride the rollercoaster of scores as come seasons end the average will even out. Then again IIRC Tedesco has scored fairly consistently as a WFB?

Warriors should have won the 9's and they were belted in the trials so WL's opinion is valid.
