Given the NRL hasn't said anything I would imagine it was nothing, the cops had a look at them and let Norman go. I'd say nothing will happen.

Norman's mate said they were his, they were sent off for testing, the plastic policemen (security guards) confiscated them which comprises them as evidence because it's above their jurisdiction. Nothing will happen from it.
