Out of interest, Im just looking at the box score of the Champions League match between Barcelona and PSG.
At 3:1 with 88 min gone, Barca needed 3 more goals to progress, they scored 1 in the 88th, another in the 90th and then another to go 6:1 up in the 5th min of extra time.
That has to be one of the more remarkable sporting results of all time and I wonder what odds you would have got on that at 88min?

I didn't check but it'd be about $6 still

$6? to score 3 goals in <10 min? I would have thought with only 2 min left in regular time and 3 goals needed it would have been >1000:1

I read your post wrong sorry. At 5-1 up with a few minutes left it would have been roughly $6
In your scenario they would be much better odds but no way $1000/1

you are right - I saw an article saying 200/1 for one bookie!
But I reckon some would have had them more.
Either way, would have nice to have been on huh!!

When PSG scored their goal it was $67 so it would have only drifted out way more by then. However by the 88th minute betting would have been suspended due to the game nearly being over.
