Originally my plan was to sell Butcher then if he didn’t live up to hype so thinking of fast tracking it

It's an interesting argument and appreciate your breakdown of projected minutes.
A few observations:
Arrow can play middle minutes, but shifting to the middle means someone plays edge. At the moment that seems like MCK or later Host.
MCK debuted back in 2014, Host in 2016. I think we all know what to expect from these players and both are borderline first graders.
Shaq debuted last year playing 3 games for 11, 13 and 13 minutes.
The year Payne Hass debuted he also played 3 games for 20, 7 and 9 minutes - coincidentally also a 12 min average.
The following year he averaged 64 minutes.
I'm not suggesting for a second that Shaq is the next Payne Haas. But what I am suggesting is there is always latitude for players roles to grow. Especially when they are in their initial 50 or so games, and especially if their performance adds value to their team.
Moale is the future for Souths, but he is young.
Shaq is 26 years old, has clearly had some life experience/ struggles, but maybe offers more instant professionalism.
I get the feeling with a lot of these kids coming through that they have the physicality to compete, but it's the mental edge and professionalism that takes a bit more work.
You often see with older debutants that they adapt to first grade faster.

The key thing that got me excited about him was less the 80 minutes and more the 1ppm+ for the first 60 minutes. If he only needs 60 minutes to post a 60 and then has the upside of 80 minutes on top of that, it makes him a great pick at a discounted price.
Snatchpato wrote:I'm not going to overreact regarding EButch. Without the sinbin (+7) and extra 10 mins (+7 at a .7ppm) he hits 45 while being priced at 39. Roosters played badly, so he got 0 attacking stats. When the Roosters attack starts to click I see him pumping out some big scores. Not jumping off until their bye, gunna give him 3 chances to impress.
Edit: thanks Deadelus for the update

Wilton got 45 with a try in 80 mins?
Can it be regarded as an upgrade on smith?
