Its that the guy is a serious out and out flog and I don't know if I can stomach cheering him on weekly coz he's in my fantasy team.

Yeah that was my thinking, Hodgson back means they need to use subs on hooker again.

    Graham
    Vaughan

    Sims
    McInnes

An international, 3 NSW reps and their hardest working gun in McInnes. Even off the bench they had Ah Mau, another international with a huge work rate (PPM over 1 in 40 minutes that season).

His supporting cast is pretty minimal this season, lots more work to be done, when guys like BMM are just making up the numbers, not getting through work load.

If JDB is getting minutes, he is getting big scores in that team.

JDB is also comfortably the most talented player in that pack. When he gets the minutes he is going to score well it's just a matter of how long he gets the minutes before Bird is back at lock or Hook does something brilliant like Mbye at 13

Did he play edge when he came on?

Thank you in advance, I look forward to hearing from you.

Definitely played edge when he came on and he came on and stayed on (although the middles all got a rest towards the end when it was won)....tbh I'm going to wait and see and hold fire if he starts. No point pushing a trade with the game early in the round.

I hope that Hook doesn't lurk around on this forum, otherwise you might give him ideas

HSS to Bula is tempting. The way I figure it is that the best part of HSS is the black dot. Which Bula will probably have soon too!

So, for the low low price of (-43k + noBlackDotThisWeek) I get to bring in a (lowProbabilityBoom/highProbabilityBlackDot) rookie

With so many trades, eh why not.

    I can go

    Keppie > Host
    Carty > Manu

Keppie to Host is the definition of sideways, but need to free the cash up to get Manu.

The one thing I do like about this, is the Roosters have Dragons/Wahs/Cows which should all be wins. Would be hard to see Robbo bringing Walker back in if that happens

Huh, I actually like that. if i'm gonna have a black dot on my roster it may as well be a base price one

I know it's only a week but I'm thinking Couchman is a bust....tempted to just swap him to Host and forget it ever happened.

(didn't pay enough attention last Sunday or would have reversed the BMM to Couch trade)

He's played 80 every other week this year though. Not sure what changed for Arthur last week.

A strong win last week though and Arthur might just stick with the same formation I guess.

Oh yeah forgot he did play 80 the first week Matto was back

Why is Manu a better buy than Teddy all of a sudden? Just because he’s available at centre?

Pretty much, and probably plays a few extra games over SOO (also much better looking).

If I got him it would be with the intention of swapping to Teddy later on.

Edit : Also scores pretty well at 5/8 from a small sample size

I think he scored a two try banner one time he started at 6 when the roosters won by 50, and that's just the norm

I see the appeal, don't think its a must trade. Its a fun trade for me, but I don't think I will do it. Walker is probably back in a week or two anyway.

Teddy long term average well into the 50s while Manu averages 40 odd in the position he will spend 80% of his remaining games this year

TBH I think the answer should be Teddy even if he cost 100k more
