    Actually it looks like the predictor is right but just the BEs seem off, eg JDB 34 BE but Milch has it as 43 and if you put 43 into the predictor he makes $0k.

    Just FYI MTB cheers

    The MN came out to 14480 this week*, which I didn't bother to adjust, and just ran with, so would explain it being a bit out of whack.

    *maybe my script went weird, but it had been the same as Milch's every other week. Milch just used 13500 to run the BE's I think, maybe I will do the same.

    EDIT i just re-ran them with 13600 MN

    Won’t happen mate Wighton is coming to win a premiership that’s his goal. He will play left centre. And if injuries happen can play 1, 6 and 7. Cody will retire after season 2025 so Wighton could then move to 6.

    But I would say something will have to give we probs lose a good player after 2024. Sacrifices will have to be made. Keep in mind we signed no players for this season.

    I’m excited make it happen Souths.

    bizarre move by souths at the reported $

    Torn between saving 2-3 trades this week (only saved 1 so far) or going Alamoti + Carty to Manu + Teddy. Quite a few options but that is my preferred one at the moment.

    Assuming Carty starts I think he's a hold - for this week at least. Trading out Alamoti make me feel a bit uneasy as it gives me no cover with the talk of Lemuelu getting dropped. Where is that coming from?

    there is no talk beyond forum speculation on what happens with K Brom returning. just guessing around here. Lemu could move back to bench OR K Brom could start at lock again. Anyones guess. I will say i think Lemu's struggled to get through the full 80 (effectively) lately.

    I'm happy to grab Crossland this week my ~gut feel~ is that AOB will try and get him playing closer to 80 when possible, after seeing how things panned out last week.

    Boring AF selection though, offers nothing other than tackles. Rumours some of the squad are not happy about trading him in.

    Yeah agree with his effectiveness. I'm not sure it would hurt him that much to play 50-60 minutes if it helped him get some of the negatives out of his game.

    I don't know anything about that talk, but wouldn't trading Alamoti to Manu give you the same number of centres?

    Yeah I just meant I'd rather trade a Warbrick type and keep Alamoti in my reserves. Can't afford that though.

    Crossland strikes me as a guy that will add more to his game as he gets into the role and knows he is getting the basics right. We already saw that with the try he created for himself.

    With Ponga at 6, he could easily become the 2nd kicking option behind Hastings.

    The guys on the Boom or Bust podcast believed he was rested, rather than hooked, due to the high work rate he was having to put in defending Katoa from runners all game.
    Katoa was getting targeted and Lem had to bust his ass making tackles. He was fatigued but likely due to the game specific game plan of Souths.
    Should hopefully return to 80 mins this week with the extended layoff between games (10 days).

    Yeah I never thought he was 'hooked', he needed a break it was as simple as that.

    He'll be back on the left this week with Kaufusi back. Unfortunately Niko is an easy target as well. He looked his best when SOS was in the side.

    Damn this gave me ideas.

    After doing Warbrick -> Crossland

    I could do...

    Carty -> Hynes
    Loiero -> Dunster.

    hmmmmmm.

    Puts crossland firmly in the scoring 17 and leaves 18-21 pretty dire though.. (niko, ikatoa, ITT, dunster)
