AKP pretty much topped out so he's gone.
Alamoti to Val Meninga probably going to be a popular trade this week.

When I played despite not being a very good team, we would have 4 or 5 of us fighting over the kicking who could nail them from the sidelines.
Some clubs you get to the second choice kicker and they are flat out hiting a barn door.
Bizarre.
Host and MCK might be up there.robelgordo wrote:
Hunt and BMM would be the worst second row combo in recent memory. Like I'm sure the Chargers, late-stage Magpies, or after readmission Souths had worse, but it's been awhile.

Huge if true
It feels like he's lost his way a bit - goalkicking is erratic (gone from one of the best to one of the worst), some of his decision making in attack has been poor for 1.5 seasons now (wrong pass options and errors), and while I think his defence is normally solid Averillo and one-legged Burns smoked that side last week.
Hoping he can bounce back, still think he's a more talented player than Campbell Graham

Souths have been running rubbish second rowers for years. Cartwright, Peoples, Sironen, Turner, Sutton

Not sure if he will. Here is his highlights reel from last season, so you can see why there is interest.
I could double cow to get him with Bula and be able to also get Cleary this week, which will be a nice addition to the team. Very few guns actually gunning it, and byes are very friendly for him, with only missing the 2 Origin games the rest of the season. Have been impressed with his scoring without goal kicking, which he will get back. Will need both him and Hynes, so might as well grab him when the cash is there to do so, without tearing the team apart.

Having never actually see him play, I'll just make a mattnz-type claim and assert that once Te Whare gets a first grade start it will be his for the year
I wouldn’t swap him for anyone.Reklaw wrote:
I never rated Graham, very boring player. But I have to admit he has developed a lot as a footballer these last couple seasons and is pretty good these days, will be one of the Blues centres (only because Turbo is hurt).
I guess he would be up there as one of the better centres in the game, the stocks are a bit thin these days. I don't think he is immensely talented and there are a number of better centres or players that can easily get back in front of him if they get back on track, ie Lomax.
Graham isn't even the best centre in his own team.

"Sadly this bloke just can’t lock down a spot at a club but it doesn’t surprise me, from all accounts he is definitely a bit out there.
My cousin is a strength and conditioning coach for the bulldogs and said that after full time of a game this year while they were in the sheds, Kyle showed up in a long black trench coat and black polarised sunglasses after using the restroom. As she was dealing with the 15 injured players, she saw him drag two chairs to the middle of the sheds and sit down.
He motioned for her to join him, and she eventually obliged. Flanagan opened both hands to reveal a blue and red pill. My cousin repeatedly refused, and Flanagan ended up taking both. He remained in the sheds for hours and showcased his impressive results from two doses of Viagra."
