Needless to say we won the comp. (I wasn't on the field but I was in charge of organizing the piss up after the game).

Being in charge of the piss up after the game is the non National team version of who gets to sing the team song IMO.
The way Hussey and Lyon talk about the story of when Hussey announced his retirement and passed on Songmaster duties to Lyon is amazing.
I was the (self-proclaimed) organiser of the piss ups after our park cricket team won 2 premierships in a row. Can't think of a bigger honour haha

My former GP was the team doctor for the Knights, I hardly go to the doctor so didn't get much of the inside scoop, luckily we have PYTM for that.
Aside from that I was pencilled in to go on a trip to Rwanda with some of the Eels players a few years back for work as some of my colleagues couldn't make it, but the trip ended up being postponed and I missed out on the opportunity.

Chewie, you are from Newcastle as well.

I didn't originate from Newy, but have been living around Lake Mac for the last 10 years, Sydney before that.

i realise i. katoa is the enabler to get hopgood but katoa is getting better & better fantasy wise & i feel if you sell him at the end of the season you'll look back & he'll be a player you'll regret selling.

Been pretty consistent since round 4, bar one low min game, with a L3 average of 54.

Could do worse for 606k no?

I've gone Hammer > Su'A at the moment. Flying under the radar.

Yeah I was moving him with Alamoti Katoa to Te Whare Drinky

but it might even be worth using 3 trades just to hold katoa.

With Katoa and Nikorima at least one is surplus to requirements in R13 with SJ so looking at Katoa out this week

If we assume Milford remains on bench their value will be eroded

I’m probably looking at Katoa to Oloapu this week and Nikorima to VTW to free up money for post R13
