Burbo means I can finally move on Tommy Talau. He's been stinking up my Emergencies since R1

Who is the real Edwards? The 32 from 60 minutes or the 70 from 70 minutes?
Bit of a hard one to get a gauge on, I suppose if we split it and say 50 from 65 he makes a boatload of cash
When Antipodean said Hedwards flew the eye test it was still almost understating it. Didn't take note of his other 2 games, but last week his work rate was insane and had that Fantasy trait where he still wanted to make a tackle even if the opponent was pretty much wrapped up.

GoogleDocs or Onedrive might work? I'd be interested in having a look Beth

My centres look nice with him and Null there
He’s back at EDG this week so role is same as last week.
Bring on another 65!

For this week I am - I’m staying true to my no trades this week!
Disclaimer: He could be gone for Luki late Thursday night

Hmm wonder how many minutes Reynolds is going to get off the bench at lock. Potentially might impact Edwards more so than when he was playing 25mins in the halves.
Sutton in reserves is also less than ideal.

Yep I'm jumping on this week, bring on the slapsies against the opposition halves and his drifting into the ruck!

Ah right yes his BE is actually higher atm.
Milch said 25 though, not sure about 40 JM?
Will probably wait a week indeed then and then the timing might be right to come in for Niko (don't need him rd13).
Oh yeah, I see Milch said official BE was 25. So trust that ahead of my numbers. I applied magic number of 13.3 for every round ‘cos that’s what’s in my spreadsheet. I think magic numbers been a bit higher so my BE would be overstated.

All of that cash is just from Hosking though right?

Hmmm thanks for that little bit of info. Makes trades harder to figure out this week. Currently running this lotstandard-issue wrote:

JMK
Carrigan, Tino, Horse
Preston, Loiero
Hynes, Cleary
Bird, Lemmy
Teddy, Perham, Bula
Boyd, Cheese, Sele, SJ
Miller, Niko, Alamoti, Manu
Maybe it’s time to get rid of Carrigan a bit early if I want Edwards. Or maybe a sideways trade from Alamoti is the best way to go this week and ride the price rise this week and then hope he’s named in Round 14 lol.
Tough one to navigate with only 4K in the bank

I think there's a half-chance Tatola gets Origin? It hasn't been talked about here but seen him in a couple of pundits' teams, and if people are discussing JDB - who should be nowhere near - then Tatola would genuinely be a better real life, as opposed to fantasy, option for them. NSW pretty short on props.

Yeah, so Jurbo, Haas and Paulo are three of the props. Who's the other one? The Saifitis are ordinary, JDB is a plodder and would be a media disaster. I'd pick Tatola or Finucane as natural no-nonsense SoO forwards, but no doubt Freddie will think "different".

Just did some rough calcs, Burbo's true price is around $200k and his BE is probably around 25, maybe a touch higher.

So he'd need to score low 40s to get to $221k next week, hmmm
