Overall captaincy choice. Hard to get a good picture because of all the dead teams, and teams that haven't set captaincy yet. But here you go

By the start of the round, this will be a good way of working out how many teams are active. Just add up the percentages who've captained one of this week's players.

Does that mean you’ll have two of those players not scoring for you this week?TheWeapon wrote:Who to play as my last Edge out of Luki, Curran and Host?
Edit: Forgot about looping, yep what Camo said

Assuming you can loop I'd have a look at Luki, with the option of bringing in Ford.

My initial thought as well was that I'm going to be down to 10 or 11 trades after this week and so I don't think I have the luxury of trading Haas. But the more I think about it the more it makes sense. Has to be a good chance he gets one resting, so looking at missing 4 of the next 8 games. With trades dwindling if there are any short-term injuries during this period I would just be holding those players so playing depth becomes important, having Haas sitting there half the weeks as a red dot is going to be a big weakness and potentially force me into other trades anyway.
Think I'm going to join the Haas out club.
Pretty much.

Looks like Tohu would be a POD captain.
I'm not looking forward to choosing a captain this round. With only 10 players captaincy choice will be crucial

His PPM is so ridiculous that he puts up gun scores even when he only gets 60 minutes, but i’m not sure how sustainable that is for the season as his reduced minute games are a small sample size. If there was ever a time to decide he isnt a keeper, its a straight trade to Tohu this week.
I was looking at selling, but decided not to.
He's one of the top EDG players fantasy wise, I'm sure he'll get plenty of minutes over this origin period, and he'll be great come rd16.
I'll re-asses after Origin when the Panthers are back to full strength

Haas - tohu
Matterson - cook
Manu - hopgood
Couchman - Ponga
I'm not a fan of trading out Manu this week. As long as he is playing in the halves, he is a must have and massively undervalued.

You could probably argue that the Broncos should do a number on the Warriors, if they are serious.
Broncos lineup doesn't look too bad even with the outs.
Should be a good game.

You can loop every week. Even Fantasy official mentions autos can come off the bench to fill the 13 ie loop availability

Start bye player in starting 13
View score of earlier lockout player
Swap bye player with later lockout player if disappointed

Think 4 trades this week.
Granville, Cheese, Miller, Hammer for Ponga, Garrick, CNK, Cook.
Gives me 13
Cook
Tapine, JDB, Couch
Hopgood, Luki
SJ, Ponga
Staggs, Bird
Drinky, Garrick, CNK.
160k plus 14 trades remaining.
Other option is to go Couchman -> Tohu instead of Granville to Cook. Plus side being Tohu plays an extra game in round 19 downside being Couch might get more minutes next few weeks with Lawrie out.
Any thoughts would be appreciated

Just looking at my options. I can move Niko to the bench and see how he goes, if he goes terribly I can go for the nuclear option of
Miller > Oloapu/VTW (team list dependant)
Cheese > Harris
Carrigan > Hopgood
Tino > Moses
Would only be missing Hop and Moses next week. But will have a few too many halves with Cleary, Hynes, SJ, Moses and the cheapies
