I thought they put a msg up on the app that loops won't work this week. Either in your 13 or not counted ?

Anyway, not something I need to worry about. #10playercrew

Although I am considering getting Ford back for Alamoti. Need to have a look at numbers for rnd 14

I think they said normal auto emergency substitution rules apply.

It's a risk but when you're looping Niko and Crossland 'the stakes ain't high'

    Tough choice between a 22 and a 25.

I've normally struggled to get 13 for byes when we needed 17, so stoked with this coverage this week.

    Cook
    JdB Horse Tatola
    Hop Haumole
    Johnson Niko
    Bird NULL
    Drinky CNK Koula

    Captain undecided

13 trades and decent cash ITB too

Currently have 8 for R16, not sure how many I'll try and run there (probably not many more than that). More concerned with getting the team into shape for 19/20 and the run home.

Are additional trades at R20, or after R20?

You could probably argue that the Broncos should do a number on the Warriors, if they are serious.

Broncos lineup doesn't look too bad even with the outs.

    Should be a good game.

Can't remember the last time a team with Adam Reynolds at halfback got flogged. His kicking game is good enough to keep a team in the game even if they are losing the yardage battle

Making 3 trades this week which leaves me with 11 players for round 13, and 13 trades left.

Considering making a final swap of brbo to Koula which would give me 12 this week, as well as a third WFB for 16. Other centres I currently have are Billy Smith, Manu and bird

Would I be wiser to just roll with 11, or make the 4th trade for 12 players and forgo the $200k cash difference lost from the salary in Koula.

    Thanks

I reckon if you can hold off Ola’kauatu until final Souths team and see if Koloamatangi is starting he’d be a better option

Dangerous words but I think I’m settled on trades

Plan to bring in Robson/Nikora/IPap over the bye period which would give me

    12 in r13
    11 in r16
    11 in r19

Until injuries and suspensions throw the plan out the window

I have been weighing up Koloa vs Haumole, I think will go Koloa if I can. I might have a very dicey R20 team but looking at the full bye period they miss the same number of games.

Hey Kids, if you are going to risk a loop this week remember to use a player on the bye rather than an origin player who's team is still playing (e.g. yes Cleary, no Haas) otherwise you could find your loop locked out before you activate it.

As much as I think Harris is the best value gun available this round, I just can't fit him into my team. Annoying that Horse and JDB have the same major bye schedule as him.

The problem with looping this week, is if you are in a position to loop, then you have a scoring player who won't count towards your score. That could be due to very good or very poor planning

In either event, most people don't have the luxury of being able to try a loop

Just out of reach for me as much as I want him. Going to settle with Adam Elliot. Bit of punt but certainly potential upside there

I'm leaning Tatola over Elliot, but it feels like the safe-but-sad punt. The cash helps, and Elliot's role uncertainty too, but he can put up a score and the Knights have an ordinary pack....

or else your bye planning players ended up injured, dropped or picked for SOO Very Happy & your trades have been used filling up high value spots rather than replacing one shitter with another shitter in a different position.

    Sometimes plans don't pan out
