Kris will take spot once suspension ends which I think is R2 but could even be available R1

Cotric might get spot over Hopoate but you couldn’t be sure

Is that because Kris will soak up some of his suspension with trial matches? I thought he was suspended for 5 matches then missed the last round of 2023 and still has four to go..

From what I’ve heard/seen he was able to use the 3 NZ matches

Tongan players suspension from internationals are allowed to use on trials so others might be too

There’s no clarity on suspensions from NRL which makes no sense but I think they’re waiting on exemptions for All Stars and trials if granted

Right. I didn't even know Kris played in the tests. I didn't watch the recent ones. Good to know thanks.

There is a Souths video out guys re pre season they’re doing their own videos like a little show first one was 25mins public can watch in 3 days.

    I’ve watched it all.

    Really good first episode.

It makes me think, Munro might not be in the Round 1 Team - Joe O says the Club sees it as a long term project and says he needs to put on more lean muscle mass to ensure we do everything right by him not over the next year but the next 2,3 4 years plus etc…

I think 50/50 at best - at this stage. Or maybe plays til Wighton is back then Tass or Thompson plays wing

Jack will be centre and whilst it was hardly a shocker to anyone regardless, it was confirmed in this video.

JD praised Tatola, Tom and Keaon for fucking coming back into training in December the best shape they ever fucking have

Dumb question, went into the app yesterday to check team name for draft leagues. App doesn’t work. Do I have to uninstall/reinstall or is there some update I have to manually push? This is iOS

I'm glad to be part of this little boys' club, and I agree that the forum format is a bit cumbersome, but the quality of the forum members and the content more than makes up for it... and who still uses Facebook???

Oh the big lad Te Whare put on a heap of kilos, and then 'saved his career' by stripping it back off. Amazing story ~

Big lad knows he has to keep himself relevant in the media. Great strategic play by him and his manager. Most talked about reserve grader going around.

I don't think the app is working for anyone yet? The browser version is all fine but app supposed to come out at end of January.

Some pundits seem to be pretty high on Fog's upside, what are the initial thoughts here? Off the bat, you can give him a couple more goals and extra KM's on last year's average (no Croker or Wighton). Does he push back up to a mid-50s guy? Bottom 4 team though.

That makes sense. Since they keep pushing 2024 fantasy, could probably mention that in the app, I dunno.

Move over VTW, I think I stripped off about 9 kgs last night playing two games of indoor in 110% humidity (Had to change my socks and jocks between games).

Coming off a lower base than the big fella but I think I might have saved my career.

Yeah that's the hope. He's never really been one to rely too heavily on attacking stats so the thought process is that the Raiders anticipated struggles won't correlate. Plays the first two major bye rounds and won't play Origin as an added bonus

when did they change the rule re km's...it used to be km's divided by 20 now it's 30 well that takes a bit of gloss away from fogarty & some other halves that do a lot km's

    Just brilliant!

Life is very different here - remarkably poor country with lovely people, beautiful countryside, incredible beaches, and some really challenging encounters. Food is ordinary, traffic is fine, internet is poor, language is going to be manageable to learn. Prices around the same as country NSW for most things.

2 larger kids very happy in the new school, smallest kid getting on well with the nanny. Compound life is a bit weird, but great gym, squash courts, playground, social life etc.

Haven't had a change to dive, fish or mountainbike yet (lots of bugs going around), but it feels like its a great outdoor hobby town.

    https://imgur.com/gallery/4i2ZjZP

Come visit, I'll shout you a few beers and we can go diving! Think of Timor as a similarly-cheap much-less-luxurious-and-clean-and-organised version of Bali and you're pretty much on the money.

[invitation extended to all NRLFF folk, except @Snatchpato who knows what he did. Shame! Shame!

    nah, kidding. All welcome)

Last year I'm afraid. Wighton averaged 180kms last year though (6 points) and the extra 2 goals still should mean a bit of value
