Digressing from Fantasy to just talk about the Tigers. I was out at Parra yesterday and was such a great win.
Showed defensive resilience the likes of which haven't be seen in Tigers colours for a long time, especially after such a disappointing opening game. Everyone raving about Galvin, but Olam has been a big boost as well - adds a bit of strike power to our backline that had been missing. He was the sort of signing that often goes tits up for us so its pleasing to see him start so well. And Staines did a great job marking Sivo - very solid effort from him yesterday
Seyfarth shrugged off his poor game in Canberra to really contribute as well, in fact the whole forward pack his going well at the moment. Next step is to produce it consistently

I thought it had to be Teddy against the Dogs. That average is pretty decent toorobelgordo wrote:
Ah ok, just looked. He sure did like to carve up that shitty Broncos team in and around COVID.
I spent a few mins trying to guess before asking. Thought maybe Fifita, a few others, didn't try Paps

Cook looked great the other day and KPP will rack up the points once he gets more ball.

Oh for sure they're better, but you don't see Hughes or Papy overcalling the ball 2 or 3 times a set. Munster touches it a fair amount, but Hughes and Papy are more impact players, calling when it's on no just "cuz playmaker lol"rhinoceroo wrote:
Hold up, Grant is Grant but Papy/Munster/Hughes are collectively better playmakers than their current Eels equivalents.
Maybe it's not teammate related and Lussick just fucking sucks (owner).

I really hope that is this week. Crossland is not the answer.Chewie wrote:For those looking for a Lussick replacement, keep an eye out for JBrailey getting the starting Hok spot in the next few rounds
Other than Galvin being really good, this was my biggest takeaway. Staines made some awesome tackles and mostly read the play correctly. Great winger performance.Milchcow wrote:

Discord is a chat platform, kind of like this forum but a little less formalised.robelgordo wrote:

Any relation to the RL journo Steve Mascord?
Thinking unlikely, as they spell and pronounce their names differently.
