Not personally a fan of Fugazi, but I am a mad fan of the first three Funeral For A Friend albums. Not sure what happened to them after those three, but never really connected with anything again. Did they finish, as a band? Will google soon.

But also, I can't help but notice that they're not in chronological order. What kind of CD sorting madness is this?

EDIT - broke up in 2015, reformed in 2019 but sounds like covid killed that and only their original guitarist remains. Dude from Holding Absence (who I am a massive fan of) apparently filling in vocal duties for touring and there's allegedly a plan to record new music. Not sure how "they" could do that under the FFAF banner with only the original guitarist. Sounds like what the 80's bands I listen to do.

Shame they fell apart. Hard to write bands off from these eras as they can come from nowhere and release their best material yet. Would loved to have hear these guys do that as the last few albums were extremely underwhelming, imo.

As for Fantasy; Max King the go this week?

Any chat on Koula? Was surprised nothing more was mentioned of his shoulder... until tonight.

Was just watching 100% Footy and there was a conversation about Turbo potentially returning from injury into a CTR role, if Koula goes well at FB... and Danny Widler casually mentions that Koula has a shoulder injury himself at the moment. Assuming if it was worth the mention he's probably pretty unlikely to play this week?

Round 16 and 19 when Fifita is off for origin I reckon that’s when Klese will shift from lock to edge for those weeks.

Hey mate I listened to the NRL physio podcast tonight actually and he said it depends on if he cops another knock to it this week he said like how it happened with Koula creating the assist when the opposition winger jams in and aims to hit ya hard that’s when he got the knock as we know but he said if Koula digs into the line like that again on an edge and cops another knock to it it could require pain killing injections for him to play given it’s the AC joint injury can get quite painful with another knock that you can’t rule out him needing to come off should he cop another bad knock to it. I think he said for fantasy or SuperCoach if you don’t have him to have another look this week see how he goes and if he’s ok he has the rest for the bye then you can potentially get him in round 14. I have not listened to the NRL physio pod before but I really enjoyed it.

Sorry about your coach too mate with both our clubs are in turmoil will be a struggle our game on Saturday mate I’m gonna go in hoping for the best but expecting the worst call me a nutter but I actually have a feeling I haven’t had the last 6 weeks and I think Souths can win this game!

my tv broke wrote:MTB week ahead: Brailey, Armstrong, and KPP on the bye, hopefully Harris can strap that finger up and Matto can recover from his sore tummy. Still have Tommy Turbo who'll be traded this week, unfortunately he locked out last friday before i know about Harris/Matto outs, but thems the breaks.

Trying to hold fire as much as possible til we get to round 13.. a few shittos will get another week for me I think.
I’m planning no trades at this stage this week too mate. I’m down to 13 trades plan to take the hit. Can field 13 currently in 13 too including Strange, Hughes, Kris lol……

KPP, Armstrong, Brailey out for me too. Need Plath and Matto back.

NRL physio in the pod suspect Moale wasn’t just under the weather but carrying a bit of a shoulder niggle, my plan was to loop last bench spot via Kris and Moale but if Moale is out I think I think I’ll just play Kris at 17th man for his probable score of 17 against Rorters upcoming better than a zero I guess. But yes I’ll be playing Hughes, Matto, Fainu, Strange etc so yep quite a few potential shitters lol this week is what it is.

Kris and Strange have to go in 14 as I have 6 red dots. Might get Koula in 14 will see and will need an option like a Clark, Klese or Twal or someone in the 500-550k price range to upgrade Strange. Might wanna do something with Cotter as well.

Now watch some shit go down in TLT and I’ll probs have to use another fucking trade………….

What was the prognosis on Cleary in the end. How much of a layoff we talking. Really didn’t want to deal with that again but guess he’s gotta go

Kamikamica could be a good pickup if he maintains the starting lock role. Wont play big minutes, but averages about 40 when playing 40-50 mins. Priced at 30 could be a decent slow burn and good MID cover.

First 4 games at prop avg 33pts in 53 mins. Last game played 37 mins for 50 with try and TO. Slight discount for the 1pt score

Would definitely be a slow burn, but has the stats to back up a 5-10 point discount. Will watch this week and consider round 14.
