Feel like this will be the most important TLT of the season. Looking forward to seeing how much danger I'm in.

Couldn't see any powder etc in the video, they didn't swear/abuse anyone

robelgordo wrote:Definitely one of the better coaches. Media seems to have built up this narrative where Parra are underachieving but are the?

Moses a top of tier 2 HB, probably 6-7th best in NRL
    Gutho similar at FB
Both injured anyway, Gutho maybe to the point of being washed, absolutely no depth or cover for either and haven’t for years so not sure that’s totally BAs fault.
Above average FE, way below average HOK
Forwards decent, outside backs eh, again no depth
Massive junior base but like Dogs don’t seem to capitalise on it the way other clubs do

He’s been there awhile so maybe a fresh face in charge helps but Parra are definitely from the Tigers, Dragons school of falling arse backwards into their rare successes, so don’t see this helping much longer term.

Also Barrett seems like a very good assistant coach.

The window closed when Mahoney left. They took a shot at replacing him with with Hodgson and that fell flat

Moses seems about right at 6-7, Gutho again the same

Brown for mine is top 2 FE and is never injured unlike Munster.

If Levi didn't exist Lussick would be the worst starting hooker in the comp

If I was in charge of squad building I'd be throwing cash at a young up and coming hooker like Chan Kum Tong or Mozer and hoping they are ready for first grade quicker than planned. If it works maybe you get another shot at a grand final. If it doesn't you continue in the same position as now and try again in 4 years

If Eels need a hooker, perhaps Warriors can offer x1 Freddy Lussick

Trade him out if you have him, and don't rush him back in.

    Better yet...

    Mitch Rein, player/coach

Would have to play 80 if he’s the coach…

I feel like Chevy Stewart is going to be the Vailea of my team where he just sits there for weeks and I can't get rid of him because there is no one in his price bracket that I want. I have no bank and am unlikely to get any money for whoever I trade Joliffe to.

No way anything happens with that

What happened to Val Holmes and Mitch Kenny? Like one game and a small fine? This is very ambiguous compared to those

Laban is about the only player I'd consider in that price range, and even that I'm not sold on

    Agreed, it's just a video.

Who honestly gives a flying phuck. Wish people would stop seeking satisfaction in bringing others down. Media and public need to mind their own business, let people live their lives.

Players need to be smarter about what the live stream/put on video. Sad world we live in.

They just need to work on their edge defence. They make mistakes and then can't defend them. Spend the rest of the game trying to get back into it. I think their attack has been relatively ok.

Look at what Des and Flanno have done with the Titans and Dragons. They can defend their mistakes. Changes how the game is played.

Additionally, Trent B is probably the worst possible coach for the Eels right now. I'd sooner nominate somebody from this forum.

i remember reading an article/interview years ago with dane sorenson the cronulla team would rent out an entire floor in a hotel with security so no unauthorised people would enter & it was an alcohol/drug fest with hookers coming & going....but it was kept secret & secure so no snooping journalists could write about it.

    agreed

i dont understand why people get so excited to post it all over the internet. the sad lives of people who have nothing better to do.

and like said above, theres no actual evidence in the video anyway.

I hear Welshy is a pretty good coach.
Maybe the Eels can throw a mill at him to move over from the UK.
    Coffee

On Trent B. Absolutely agree. Never coached a team anywhere.
