Just noticed.....in my H2H if CS9 didn't play I'd get Surgess as captain and Eden as my AE - on the other hand my opponent would get Parker as captain and Pauli as AE....

As a non Teddy owner I am surprised he didn't get the try assist. Though I think the tb's are about right. I swear a couple of his so called busts each week are just him stopping and spinning without getting a hand laid on him

I shouldn't laugh at his expense because he will be my cashout for Holland next week

Pretty sure nothing valid
Just the late mail:
STORM: No changes expected at this stage despite Cameron Smith and Cooper Cronk given the week off training duties. They should be right to take their place in the side.
Combined with nerves after Surgess' effort

The scorers obviously didn't have Tedesco. Some of the other scores are sus as well. I didn't bring Tedesco in, so not sour grapes, but fantasy scores have really turned into a raffle. The TBs and TAs are just so inconsistent and you only have to look at a player and it is a missed tackle. Whinge over.

Im willing to bet that after the high scoring of the Titans/Rabbits last week, they might have been told to scale back the scoring this week.

My h2h opponent decided to captain Tedesco this week lmao
Luckily I held off from buying Tedesco for another week. Hopefully in 2 weeks time I will be able to buy him sub $350k (bargain)

That's ridiculous. I highly doubt that would be the case. It would be entirely unethical to scale back the scoring just because a certain game scored higher Fantasy wise compared to others.Finch wrote:Im willing to bet that after the high scoring of the Titans/Rabbits last week, they might have been told to scale back the scoring this week.

There's been quite a few tries scored in the same manner when sometimes a TA gets awarded, sometimes not, it is very frustrating.

Nofoaluma = 57. Just saying as he was discussed a couple of days ago.
I brought in McInnes & he rewards me with 36. Just saying.
Tedesco = 28. He'll be a a good price in round 16 when Holland has to go. Just saying.
199/6 but improved 257 places.
Is it me or are the scorers being much tougher awarding points in the 2 games just played. If this is consistent for the remaining games we might be witnessing a change in attitude from the scorers.

I'd like to think you're right but the cynical me tends to agree.
There's a fair argument that people like Teddy are stat favs and this week seems like a leveller. As for Sammy they got lucky and have built adjustments around him.

Well you're not wrong but Fifita gets points every week for doing much the same thing. In a game against Newcastle a few weeks back he was below 40 points heading into the last few minutes before he went on a run where he fended a few guys before they even got a chance to wrap their arms around him and it counted. Not complaining as a Fifi owner but I'd like some consistency

Y'know a part of me really wants to try and bring Farah in if he goes back to playing 80, as a POD towards the end of the year but damn playing Origin his schedule sucks as he wouldn't be an option until Round 20. I dare say that post Origin every team will either have Smith/Friend or Smith/Parcell with the odd Hodgson or Peats here and there.

Seemed a bit tougher - as long as it's consistent week by week though I don't mind too much....will feel a bit weird but once you see everyone is at the same level it won't be too bad

I would prefer it being much tougher to earn points like the previous fantasy model before fanhub took over. One of the issues I have with fanhub is it's morphing into supercoach & especially attacking plays are rewarded with too many points. I can't understand how a tackle break is awarded to a try scorer when defensive players are still holding on to the try scorer. The reverse also applies to a defensive player getting given a missed tackle.
