    Burgess / Mannering / Taylor / Taumalolo / Ma'u / Leuluai

    Lolohea /  Gutherson / Copley / Henry
    Aitken / Munster / Tedesco / Barba / Hughes

    Thoughts?

Without knowing how much trades left I say you are in a reasonably good position team wise mate.

Hookers are quality. Would probably prefer to pass the Parcell on to your Friend in a round or two if trades permit.
Gun frf's with a big POD there in James. No real upgrades needed there but could potentially bring in Fifita/Gallen post Origin if you have some spare trades. Do it via a 2rf though with James and Jturbo's DPP.
Again, quality options there, bye round coverage. Would look at getting rid of at least one of Taylor, Lolo or Ma'u after bye usefulness in a DPP to get a gun frf, or go for a gun 2rf with major POD potential like Gillett/Friz/JDB.
Solid halves with some depth there in Cleary. Would be handy to keep around for depth later in the piece anyway.
Not the greatest centre pairing. Ideally you would want to upgrade at least one of them (preferably Gutho) for the run in to a legit gun. Some quality options all round with guys like BJ, Dugan, Croker, Bird, all with relatively decent POD status.
4 top line options at the back there. Would be good to possibly run with Munster, Teddy and Barba, and shift Aitken to CTR via DPP.

All round though mate a very solid team. Like I said without knowing trades available hard to fully comment but the way I see it, a Gutho downgrade should give you the cash to bring in Friend for Parcell and upgrade your other CTR (after shifting Aitken via DPP). Then its whether you have the cash/trades left to worry about milking those extra 10 or so points by trading out one of your mid tier gun 2rfs to a gun FRF/2RF

i think it has been mentioned before, but Tyrone Peachey is just 1 game away from DPP Centre

Unlike Harris who will forever be that little bit out of reach, I expect peachey is a good chance at getting DPP after round 16.

Season average of 43.  Average of 41 in his 3 games at centre so far. Only $372k, reasonable BE so won't shoot up too much.

I'm thinking might be a nice Holland upgrade in 2 weeks time

On Latrell Mitchell, if he goes back to his season average of low 40s as fullback, he'll be back at his current price in 4-5 weeks.

Unless you have concerns about his injury effecting his short-medium term scoring, or you think the Roosters are in line for a bunch more 50 point floggings, he is not an urgent sell.

$218k in the bank. Only 7 trades left though. Was going to upgrade Gutho to probably BJ or the glass man Dugan.

Was just going to run with Copley, Barba and Cleary as extras if I have a few injuries. I'm a bit like boozy, I'm travelling along quite well inside the top 400, why not just pull the trigger.

Ok. A Gutho to gun centre trade sounds solid. But would you prefer Barba or Lolohea as your scorers though. Based purely on the run of games at the end I would say Barba has a lot more potential for points, plus the usual Warriors crash and burn end of the season. With 7 trades left your worry will be balancing between keeping a few for injuries/players getting rested in the run in to finals, and getting the most out of your 17. Maybe just swap Aitken for Gutho via DPP and then put Gutho on the bench and Barba your scorer. Use 1 trade to upgrade Lolohea to the gun centre you want and that leaves you with 6 trades and in my opinion your best line up. Then you just walk the tightrope in regards to keeping trades vs last min upgrades to the likes of Parcell and your mid tier gun 2rfs

Thanks Beast. Plan was to stick with Lolohea, but having both Gutho and Aitken as DPP I have the options of switching things around if need been. I think only other trade I was planning was Taumalolo or Ma'u to a gun FRF via James or Trbos DPP. Then as you say walk the tight rope and do my prayers and rosary beads.

Tariq Sims to join Dragons immediately. May affect JDB and/or Frizell owners.

So if I want to loophole I put the VC on the player that players first (Munster) and then captain out my captain to a NPR is that correct? and as long as I have no other players that are a AE I will get my former captain as the AE?

I would put James or Gallen in there above Surgess.

    Yep. So Basically..

Play your VC + Captain in your 13.

If you are happy with the VC score, switch out your captain for a NPR player. Make sure your captain isn't one of the 17 in your squad.

Come on guys, we all know the Roosters (win or lose) will still rack up the tackle breaks against the Warriors.

Be surprised if Mitchell doesn't break 50 on Sunday.

i'm more concerned that the kid will break apart again let alone get tackle breaks. He's served his purpose as a cash cow

Yeah the fustrating thing with mitchell and barba for that matter is they dont seem to get involved that much and u are waiting for that one big play. Munster and teddy are always getting involved
