SI wrote:Welcome mate.  How many trades left?  Bit of a pickle having the Dogs play tonight, but personally I would be waiting a week.  Understand your gut feel on Ted not playing Origin but if he does then you are bringing a bloke in this week who then misses the next 2 games.  If that happens it is probably worse then copping the AE this week as you'll lose Mbye's and Ted's points on a big bye round next week.
Thanks - 6 to go, so pretty light on.

Probably better that they play first, at least I know Mbye is kicking.

Think I'll hold fire and see how the weekend progresses.

Wouldnt matter that he plays 18, because he misses 19. Dugan and him to both miss one more game, so no advantage there (unless you a good reserve ready in 19)

Gone Dugan for extra flexibility and will move him to WFB when Chambers returns to grab a POD CTR

Sounds legit. Can't really go wrong with either tbh, both definite season keepers

What's the forum thinking about for captaincy this week? I've still got the C on Smith but am very tempted to put it on Fifita. I've had it on Smith all year and it's gone well as usual, but he was outscored by 5 of my players last week and it was a bit annoying. I probably won't ever go against the golden rule but I was just wondering what everyone else's position was on this.
Smith currently, last week was one of those golden weeks that only happen a couple of rounds a year.

Extra Dugan cash also means I don't need a further downgrade to generate the funds to turn Gordon into Munster and Whitehead/Taylor into Merrin/Fifita

Geez Holland out is a massive pain. Would need to downgrade Auvva to get anyone decent. FUU

I'm having this issue too, saw this in the late mail "Origin players Paul Gallen, Jack Bird, Andrew Fifita and James Maloney are having light weeks, but will play." (http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/sport/nrl/footy-form/nrl-late-mail-round-17-team-changes-gossip-and-supercoach-tips/news-story/9ac0cdbf9da20f24b16fbaaea8c89789?nk=63d768dcacf58edcbf2198579b13c4b0-1467278642)

Currently have James C and Smith VC but it feels like the wrong choice

I believe so. Every time Dugan gets tackled you don't know if he'll get up. Very injury prone is the Dugs.
