Jump on board lads, still plenty of space. It's bumpy and will take years off your life, but nobody will accuse us of being boring. Take your pick of Paproker or Leipana, slap some green on and come get the Raiders clap.

Seriously though, I know there are clear favourites for both games this week but I'm pretty bloody excited for both games as I personally think all 4 teams aren't actually as far apart as the odds suggest. Should be two Cracking games.

    Yeah you nailed it. Gallen.

Yeah its callen, him in the side certainly makes it hard to like them.
You take him out and the side still has its share of dirtbags like most teams, but they are a hell of a lot more likeable without him.

    Gallen.

Dead set has a face like someone set it on fire, then put it out with a bicycle chain.

Every time I see him, I feel sorry. For his parents.

Please. McGuire wishes he was as notorious as Gallen.

As for Hodgo - NSW hated him, QLD loved him. Half the NSW supporters don't even like Gallen.

(Just kidding. It's likely more than half).

The similarities between Gallen and McGuire are fairly remarkable, with McGuire being a poor man's Gallen in many ways. Both play as smaller props, and have fantastic statistics for metres and tackles. They also both have flippers for hands and drop the ball or throw a bad pass more often than you'd like, and both give away too many penalties. Having said that, they're both fantastic players who you'd be happy to have in your team (if Gallen was a bit younger anyway), especially if substitution numbers decrease again.

About the only ways they are different is that the McGuire doesn't get in the way of the halfback (though Gallen doesn't do that for Australia when he has decent halves), whinge to everyone who'll listen about how unfair everyone else is (which is the pot calling the kettle black), and hasn't been found to have taken illegal drugs.

McGuire still comes across as a shit cunt, but at least he's our shit cunt.

The shit cunt Brisbane deserves but not the shit cunt it needs right now.

And McGuire's missus is a better sort.
