Ever wanted to know who would win if Lance Armstrong ever faced off with Barry Bonds? Well wonder no more sports fan for the showdown of the morally corrupt is upon us. It’s hard to pick someone to support here, with two of the biggest cunts in the game on each team, Cam Smith and Paul Gallen are probably the most hated men depending on which side of the Tweed you come from. Paul Gallen looks like the type of guy to ask for a taste of your food before you’ve even had a bite, he’s most certainly the type of guy that would cut in front of you at the self service at the shops with a weeks full of groceries. He’s the type of guy you would love to smack in the face, but let’s face it the cunt’s head needs regular panel beating. Then there’s that other piece of shit, Cam Smith. Lucifer incarnate. It’s good to see that the tide of support for this prick is turning, people are catching on to the slime ball that he is. I wouldn’t put it past him to sell his mother into slavery if it got Melbourne a penalty. Cam Smith the type of guy to put junk mail in your letterbox that has a no junk mail sign on it.

Will the Sharks lose their V Plates or will the Storm nail their third premiership? I have to think the Storm will get the job done here. They won’t have the weight of the world on their shoulders like the Sharks do. They’ve also got enough big name players to get the job done in the games that count, Cronk if it comes down to the wire is one of the best players to seal the game. I’m predicting this will be a dour slow affair where the Storm strangle the life out of the game and the Sharks. It will be the least entertaining Sharknado yet, Oh Tara Reid look how far you’ve fallen starring in D grade movies. You used to be the reason for a fresh faced prepubescent Honeysett to fire off some knuckle children. Tissues had to be included in the budget. Now I’d have to have a few beers before I’d consider it. I’d say yes because you only get AIDS once, so YOLO.

It won’t live up to the thriller that was last year’s Grand Final where the Broncos lost in heartbreaking fashion from a Ben Hunt dropped ball, I don’t think we get that type of entertainment. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a 40-0 type scoreline either. Either way I can’t see the Sharks winning this against a machine like Melbourne Storm.

Fairly sure Bird's elbow dislocated then popped back in.  If so no doubt ligament damage as well; tonne of guts to still be out there.

The ONLY bad thing about the Sharkies win is that wanker Buzz Rothfield will be carrying on all off season. Glad to see Ennis go out a winner though. Good stuff.

Cheated, punished (GF's removed), move on.
Same with Cronulla to be honest.

I'm predicting this will be one of the most predictable GF's in history:

    Tip: Melbourne by 2
    CC: Cronk
    FTS: Vuni

As for the AFL, the Footscray fairytale has been impressive and I'm a big fan of what Beveridge is doing there.....but I think class may just overcome all of that and see the Swans give them a deadset hiding.

What a wonderful game of footy Very Happy

Cronulla bullied the Storm early in defence and I for one thought the Sharks would run out of puff if possession swung around in the 2nd half.  It didn't, and we know that is extremely unusual in 80 minutes of League.  That was the difference to me-Melbourne didn't get a chance to wear Cronulla down in the second 40 because the Sharks were extremely well disciplined.  Full credit to Flanagan for prepping his team perfectly.

90% completion rates by both teams; a bit of argey bargey that didn't go too far; an awesome crowd with perfect weather; and the refs barely put a foot wrong.  Tremendous advertisement for The Greatest Game Of All  Very Happy
