I was negative re Moses. He misses tackles & makes errors against top opposition who dominate the Tigers.

Yeah I have looked at Moses but thinking they will struggle early on. Too much risk and only plays the middle bye. Its a no from me. I actually think Jamal could be exposed on D making it very hard on Moses, the game has sped up a lot in the last two years.

I know Moses will miss a bunch of tackles like most halfbacks, but he seems to have gained a lot of confidence throughout the last season, and I think he will mature even more this season (he's only 22)... just a gut feeling

I feel you can afford to miss him for the first couple weeks and see how it goes, no need to gamble that early in the season

I can add that after Farah was unofficially sacked with 7 rounds to go Moses averaged 52.9 which only included 2 tries.

true to form i disappeared from the forums around june/july but always continued to manage my team right through to end of year.

haven't looked closely at anything teamwise yet for this season but a quick browse of this thread, the itch is back.

Can Daniel Saifiti kick on? Moylan is an interesting one and Mitchell Moses does have a good case for selection. Of that list I have Surgess and DCE locked in.

Anyone that finished the season strongly must therefore have started the season weakly (relatively speaking at least)

Do you pick a late bloomer hoping they can continue their end of 2016 form.

Or do you avoid late bloomers due to their slow starts to the year and pick them up cheaper several rounds in when they have dropped price.

    Good questions...

Some season avg are low due to injuries
Some of the Last 5 avg are bloated because of tries and unusual high scores
Each player needs to be looked at more closely to see why they were late bloomers

It took Surgess some time to get back into it, and I would expect him score slightly higher this season
    Moses as mentioned earlier
I expect Daniel Saifiti to keep scoring 40+
