Surgess (c), Taupau, Klemmer, KBrom, (LLeulia, Capewell)
    SJ, Norman, Elgey (Hampton)
    Idris, BKelly, (RJennings, CScott)
    RTS, Hayne, Slater, (Phythian, Drew)

    21k
Peats will come back into my reckoning if there is no bench hooker for the Titans, will be starting season with McGuire/Tolman esque prop and bypassing Graham/Fifita, not sold on Wallace

Surgess pretty much locked in for me as well, like Taupau and Klemmer

    Norman locked in with Elgey

Not sure on Billy, value there if he holds up

Haha, yeah, was going to say something similar. Quick google this is what I got but not much else, this is not the original article I saw but if this is correct then it's maintenance not trauma, which is a good sign.

Flassid, before I was hooked on fantasy I was an outright warriors fan with a soft spot for the Panthers and roosters (minus some real cocky individuals which ofcorse every team has at least one). NRL Fantasy now has me screaming/yelling and throwing full beer cans across the room for which ever team has my players performing/slacking haha. I'll try to assist everyone where I can. You all look to be a great bunch. Cheers. cheer

Got a base that I am real happy with going forward now

Anyone going with big money CTRs like BJ or Croker to start the season? or are people saving and hoping for a return to fantasy form for the likes of Chambers, Bird, Idris etc

Same in the backs with bypassing Tedesco, Walker, Rapana for the likes of RTS/Hayne as the main "Gun"

Yeah, a little fiddly on a phone. And same, same, always in 2 minds when someone in my team scores against the mighty Tigers.

multiple.scoregasms wrote:Anyone like Coote as a bounce back candidate? Biggest regression between 2015 and 2016 was his run metres dropping from 138 to 72 per game. Also few attacking stats were lost (line breaks down from 10 to 4, tackle breaks down from 3.1 to 1.9 per game). The point that makes me consider him is kick metres and touches staying pretty similar meaning he was kept in the same role. Without running through game footage it my guess is he stopped returning kicks and started handing the ball off to Winterstein and Feldt. Can any Cowboys fans confirm this?

I'd say you're right but also started dropping catches in the back half of the year which as well as the negative points would mean zero run metres in each instance . Just from memory without going through the stats

Holmes, absolute stud. You can tell because I picked him at FB in my mock draft last year, which by the end of 2017 people will look back on and wonder how i was robbed so badly and how i could be so wise! Cool

I'm tempted to fit (C)roker in (or possibly BJ). Really feel like last year was his coming of age, felt solid both in D and attack not to mention he seemed to be more comfortable with the captaincy. I went in early for BJ and Croker in 2016 when everyone was chasing cows (didn't start with both though, only BJ) because I was sick of being let down in my centres each week either through inconsistency or injuries and felt i was spending far too many trades there.

My feeling is that the backs tend to be a bit of a trade trap for me, always lots of potential cows throughout the year, guys hitting form or losing it etc. I still think its worth taking a few gambles there, but if I've got at least some guns I'll be less likely to trade there weekly and more likely to stay patient. I need as many saved trades as i can get!
