Musgrove for sure, Gubb played extra minutes because of injuries to Mannering and Luke which intern pushed Thompson to dummy half instead of playing in the backrow somewhere.

Matagi is also a trap as both Vave & Terepo are due back soon, i also don't believe he can sustain his running style for big minutes week in week out.

Okay....trying to get my head round the BE's of people and how past scores affect things.....

Say if someone got 20pts in rnd one and then 60 in round two would they then have the exact same price and BE for round 3 as if they got 60pts in round one and then 20 in round two?

I wasn't sure if the round one scores have set them somehow on a higher level than any subsequent scores to come

I realise this probably makes zero sense.....hopefully someone is on the same wavelength as me and can decipher it for others ;-)

Definite trade rage, but you've obviously got the funds to upgrade both, and that's exactly what you're doing.

Did anyone watch the Warriors press conference? or hear anything from it?

I hope they would have discussed Foran's return in addition to the status of Gubb and Luke who are both questionable.

i understand what you are saying and have similar questions. using the b/e chart that milch so generously supplied, it seems that if players score exactly the same as they
did last week in this weeks game, they will benefit from a bigger price rise.
which leads me to believe that the most recent score has a bigger impact on value,

i thought you would earn less for the same score as you are getting closer to your ceiling, which doesnt appear to be the case, in the initial weeks at least

The basic version is last 5 scores are rated out of 15 with most recent score being a 5, second most recent a 4, third most recent a 3, 4th most recent a 2, and most recent a 1. Since there is only 1 score to base prices on the priced average is used for the other 4

Just checking, but are you saying that its a weighted average using the last 5 scores where the most recent score gets a 1/3 weighting? i.e. 5/15? then second getting 4/15 and so on?

Yes thats correct. So say a player is priced at a 25 average. After one game scoring 35 their price is 5/15 35 and 10/15 25. After two games scoring scoring 35 then you have 9/15 based on 35 and 6/15 based on 25. It's more complex then that but that is the basis of it

I am considering the Wallace trade. Can someone fill me in on what happened re: Wallace against the Roosters that resulted in him scoring very well for a prop and playing so many minutes.

Was he moved to second row to cover Proctor or was he moved to lock midway through?

    Did anyone follow his progress?

Lock and prop is the same thing at the Titans. He played big minutes in the middle due to an injury. Would still expect 50 odd

Anyone taking a gamble on Elgey in your 17. Mostly due to the fact he is playing the Knights and its a day game.

For me it will probably be a decision of choosing 3 of Brailey, Faufusi, Sironen, Yates, Elgey, & Jacks

Who would you guys run with? Conservative/Sensible play would be Brailey, Faufusi, Sironen I guess...

    Fuck it, I should have gone with my gut with Nofo as I finished with him last year and knew he would become a gun. Gonna roll the dice. Gonna go;

    Saifiti - Stimson
    Python - Nofo

Gives me that extra at the back too in case Hayne spits the dummy or doesn't play next week like the rumors are suggesting. Dumb trades?

Yep its a flick of a coin. Both could easily rack up a measly 20 points.
