Probably you want CWalker and Teddy eventually.
Teddy will be the same price next week, and will score 0 this week (and might even get injured playing origin)

I was going to trade Slater to Teddy next week, but with Slater out of origin 1, that might be on hold, and try get Teddy in some other way.

I got the impression the only reason Hunt didn't play last week was that they were happy with how Niko was going in halves. Hunt would have played if it was a big/must win game.

If there is doubt on Macca I'd rather just carry Waddell as a utility/backup.

Waddell has been training at hooker today whilst Macca ran laps apparently.

Is anyone still persistent on holding Ponga? Looking at Brailey to McInnes and CHN to Lolo or JDB next week but need more funds banked this week. Going Ponga to Semi nets 100K and points over the three bye rounds. Either that or I cash out Kelly for a nuffie that plays this week. But Semi looked good last week.

Word of warning from a Semi owner - he played like that in round 2, then went 8 rounds with only one score over 30. Caveat emptor

Is there anyone around who thinks Aubbs is NOT a keeper in the ctrs?
Im worried that when Roosters are back to full strength after the origin period that he'll play a reduced role

He hasn't played a reduced role up to now and they have been at full strength?  I admit SST only back a few weeks, but the way they have run the last couple of weeks, I can't see changing.

Yeah I know. Maybe all the court stuff had something to do with his form? Might come good now it's all done and dusted. Just don't know if it's worth holding Ponga.

I suppose you could say with Matterson only just coming back from injury he could potentially take more minutes off Aubbs.

Exactly. Matterson and SST are only just back and there's still Liu(injured?) who could potentially sneak back on to the bench as well

Even Guerra could steal the starting spot off him in the future

Still cant decide on my approach to trades this week.

    McGuire>graham
    CHN> Surgess
    Idris>Croker.

    Or

    McGuire > Graham
    CHN> Crichton
    Hampton > Elliot

First option brings in 3 keepers, but three very popular keepers. Minimises future trades, with okay bye coverage. Croker in the ctrs with Cotric and Moga is fine by me at the moment. Not high ceilings but, they generally are nudging 40s' id sooner plug holes else where until a solid CT option comes ups. As croker has.

Im considering second option only as it is more PODish, Elliot will be a handy player to have over byes etc.

Taukeiaho doesn't affect Aubusson at all as Taukeiaho will continue to play in the middle & at full strength Aubs will continue to play 80mins on the edge. Guerra will be the one affected by Taukeiaho. However over the bye period I'm not sure where Aubusson will play but with Matterson fit I'm sure Aubusson will stay in the pack.

    A) So is Nu Brown a good cash out for Milf if named? Should disappear after origin. Any idea how he scores at 80 min half?

    B) I have exact money for

    Milf>Nu Brown
    CHN>Gallen
    Suli>Cody

Normally would take this as sign but Suli has bye cover value still I have no FRF if Nate Brown doesn't play and could hold off till team list trade Milf out but Walker trade locks it in

C)Nathan Brown to Alvaro or Rochow for bye coverage? I've always wondered why Alvaro doesn't get a decent run.

I went Brown to Rochow, it's a risk but I can afford to keep Fifi on the pine money wise so willing to take it for bye coverage.

I wouldn't get Croker right now personally and Elliot is kind of pricey (he's definitely a sell after origin)

Anything else you could maybe do? If not then probably Elliot.

SST does affect him though because he is more than capable of playing 80 mins in the middle. Which means if that does happen, Guerra could potentially slot in to the back row.

I'm not saying it's gonna happen, but it could, and if it does that's another trade that needs to be wasted on a ctr

I guess it depends on your trades. I have 20 and am happy to bring him in this week I think for Kaufusi or Brown if he's no good. He's been damn solid on that edge so there's really no reason why he should get minutes taken off him.

Whats the best possible WFB combo for the run home? I still don't know what it is myself but I don't think CWalker is in it. Possibly Teddy, Nofo, Rapana?

Have thought about dropping Wallace this round, as I reckon he will eventually get a call up to SOO. Maybe bring in Taupau. But it seems a bit unnecessary at the moment.

Other options Do the Smith trade out to Friend or Hodgo. But conserving trades is as important as bye coverage. So im hesitant on that.

I could just only do two trades and run with 12 players this round.

    Whens Mansour due back?

Im running Munster/Nofo/RTS with Cwalker in Halves. Im hoping RTS can stop being a potato at least until after SoO. Then ill go RTS to either Pearce, Teddy or Mansour.
