It just seems like too much of a risk. Even if it takes a part of the uncertainty out of one players scores.

What team has the most matches at the later end of rounds?

Lol im not smart enough to understand that whole loophole theory. Think i'll just concentrate on picking a good team!

Re Loop holing. Too many ifs and buts to gain 10 points /week (ave), but I'm happy for someone else to do it as they fall slowly down the leaderboard.

    Warriors stuff;

I'm thinking Paasi could get some good minutes for my Warriors this season.. If he has gotten over his shoulder concerns. Could be a mid ranger if he can get 60 mins, plus dual position is handy. Also Anthony Gelling could be a smokey, big unit out wide who could potentially bust tackles. The thing is he will fighting Kata and Ashyford for a spot, and once Beale comes back (predicted week 3ish) he'll likely be pushed out unless he really performs. I'll leave him out but will keep my eye on him.

Hiku will be on the wing I'd say, should be decent value if he can get back to his 30 point average.

Harris will have alot of grunt work to do with Mannering with our under sized props, hoping he'll get back to a 50 pointer, unless SK moves him to fill in at No 6 Shocked

How many wing/centres are people carrying in the reserves? I'm thinking 2 cheapies, but can't fit them in ATM!

I see likes of Elliott RFM popular and have read all the news about Klemmer being nailed on for a prop slot. Find it really hard to believe Tolman set to be the man to miss out. Thought Pay would have been all over a workhorse middle forward like him. I’m going to steer away from the dogs in the thinking he will be finding a spot for Tolman soon, if not right away

Tolman is an average footballer. Wont surprise me at all for him to be a bench player

Where’s the fella running forward minutes predictions? Am interested in Kane Evans at a new club.

Not currently in my squad but only because I have Latu while Wallace is out. Do think he looks value though

My team hasn't really changed since a month ago but relies on a lot of TLT stuff

    Smith
    Lodge, Bromwich
    Harris, Murray, Arrow
    Thurston, Croker
    Milne, Hiku
    Ponga, Tedesco, Inglis

    Cook, Lichaa, Cartwright, RFM

    Paasi, Kikau, Butcher, Kennar

Having mucked around with it for weeks now I feel like the new 21 system forces you to gamble a lot more on middies and underpriced/fallen guns than previous seasons and I especially feel in my gut that Lodge, Inglis, Harris and Arrow will all under perform but simultaneously cant be left out

Just out of curiosity what has your final ranking been like the past few years? Have you ever finished in the top 100 without having Cam Smith in your squad for the entire year?

Nope, I've probably been in the top 3 or 5000 at best (I genuinely can't remember). Not suggesting it to anyone else, I just try to go with value/pod types and this year it's perfect as there are many options at hooker.

Thoughts on the team bar not having Smith?

It seemed like Kevans was short on minutes the whole of last year..was it him going through a cycle of injury, trying to work his fitness up and then the announcement he'll be leaving that might have stuffed up his season?

I've gone with Kevans and Latu thinking they both had off years averaging low 20s and I'm confident they'll raise the bar to around 30 to 35. To do that, I'd say Kevans needs around 35 minutes which he should get even as a bench prop?

Solid 17 Slithery but your NPR's look a might grim. I know this will hurt
but how about downgrading Josh Papalii and upgrading Hipgrave or Kikau?

Haven't really looked at my bench make up yet but in regards Tohu, I am one of the few who has never had him in Fantasy. I'm having a good look at him but going from the Storm to the Warriors is my concern. I'm a Tigers supporter by the way so definitely not Warriors bashing, my team is even shitter.

Yeah, you need to fit a gun in that 2rf. What are people expecting from Matt Scott. I've seen people on FB refer to him as a former gun, but I don't ever recall that in 10 years.

    Any suggestions for Papalii?

Front Row stocks looking like this

    Lodge, Papalii, Hipgrave, Kikau

    Thinking of getting Alvaro,

but need a reserve prop around 400k

possibly Paasi with his potentially a starting second rower position with the warriors and 50-65 minutes playing time.

    Not sure though any suggestions?

The real make or break this year will be working out what to do with the new bench structure.

Milchy has analysed it but I have to admit that sometimes I find it less taxing to just look longingly into his avatars eyes then concentrate on what he has written. Anyone got a summary?

Yeah your first picked are pretty important this year. A bit of luck with rookies too.

If Milne gets injured first game and Hiku gets dropped for round two my centres are screwed

I think its hard to configure players 14-21 this year for points and money making ability
