Rabbit said he was going to pick him if he starts. Generally he can pick good players, however he didn't have the best of runs last year I don't think? If he can average 40 (Or even 1 or 2 less) he will make a good amount of cash money!!

On the news tonight they said Roache has injured his achilles, so might be another season ender for him. Sam Cook is shaping up to be on the bench and IIRC, Luke missed some games last year or at the very least started on the bench?


Also mentioned a player is pushing the big guns for a NRL Debut, can't quite remember his name, Haze someone or someone Haze? Looked like he plays CTR

There was a report a few weeks ago saying Lindsay Collins was ahead of him in the pecking order.

Either way i think it's just a low minute bench role with limited cash making ability

From what I saw on Saturday night Nicholls is ahead of both Gurgess and Musgrove, and Kyle Turner is obviously MIA at the moment. Chricton and Murray are under injury clouds won't be playing more than 60 minutes at start of season and Sutton/Fuimaono I see as utilities/ second rowers. Sam Burgess will not be in the FRF rotation. You only really need Nicholls to stand up and have a good month of footy and if named to start last two games alongside Turgess I actually expect him to be named starting in round 1. I can see him getting through a mountain of work in the opening 25 mins.

Right now i dont see anyone taking Nicholls starting spot by round 1 but just my uninformed opinion.

Surgess I thought was going to play/start 2nd row this season.

I guess Friend could spend time at lock when Radley co mez on, which would limit Liu's benefit.

SST as starting prop also handy, but probably not too much increased minutes.
Is JWH on the bench a temporary thing? Would be a little surprised if it continued throughout the season

Surgess will be in the second row.

At lock Liu averaged 42.4 in 48 minutes last year from seven games including two tries. The year before he averaged 37.8 in 49min from ten games. Priced at 35 so some value certainly if he got 60 minutes but I think I'll be looking elsewhere.

Well, not sure what to make of this, if anything. No elijah taylor, twal, or lolohea.. think everyone else is listed?

My calculations he averaged 44.5 in 48 minutes. If he gets 55-60 minutes he could push a 50 average.
