Me too. If Inglis gets dpp though, presumably it's because he's named at centre which begs the question, Do we want Inglis if he's at centre? Or are we assuming he goes back to FB after a couple of weeks?

One of the Charity Shield commentators (maybe Vossy, can't remember) said VERY matter of factly that Inglis would return to Fullback with some match fitness.

Now I can't say if that was personal opinion or he had it from the horses mouth, but he made it sound like a certainty.

Fingers fucking crossed, I grabbed him in our Draft as well.

@Fortitude mulvy posted some good stats on Niko last night that only made me want him in my team even more.

Inglis has only played centre twice in the past 4 years. But he scored 43 and 51 in those games. So with a BE of 34 I would be happy to take the risk (asusming he is fit)

Concern would be he'd play 40 minutes and break down.

Yeah true, would be like a reverse Maubbs. With Inglis the risk is he STAYS at centre, and with Maubbs the risk is he GOES to centre. In any event Inglis is cheaper, scores better at centre based off that, and his dpp is probably more useful than Maubbs'.

Sharks wingers scored poorly last season so I don't see why Kikau would be any different.

I think it's very risky picking a player like GI who starts the season carrying an a serious injury that he isn't over yet. It will be like owning Dugan. Another player who like GI who is starting the season with an injury is Murray & he could very well start on the bench in round 1. However it sounds like Murray has a less serious injury but he hasn't had any match fitness & he may not even be doing any training so he could be underdone.

Except Kikau is a hard-running Penrith forward..... (Katoa is the Sharks winger)

I'm staying away from Inglis as well WL. And Murray is that horrible price where you want him to be starting Round 1.

I am getting confused by all these 'K' names. There's two Katoa's and a Kikau... fml.

Keep an eye on Peni Terepo guys, has really trained the house down so to speak and is a BA favourite so don't be surprised to see him in the 17 come TLT. Plus he's cheaper than any of the other bargain FRFs mentioned

I think it was him and kenny edwards who had a huge impact in the trial against the knights. same as moses whove ive squeezed in at the moment

main concerns are whether the knights made moses look good, and whether his tackling has improved (which wasn't tested too much)
