If Murray starts at lock he'll probably be in my team.

Is Inglis going to play origin? Back five would be something like Billy, Boyd, Chambers, Gagai, Holmes wouldn't it? Then there's Oates. GI might be past it anyway?

Hang on a minute, some how I ended up with Hymel Hunt in my team I must have put him in there after reading something somewhere. Aren't bunnies centres Gagai and Inglis, or are people thinking the groin strain to Johnston moves Inglis to FB and Hunt comes into the side while Johnson is out?

Any news on the Johnston injury?

Same with Tanginoa at Manly who really played well in the trial. With Lussick out he may grab a spot on the bench. When Lussick returns & if Tanginoa is firing he could retain his place.

There is no real certainty with what will happen to Inglis. Various quotes from the players, and coach, seem to end up contradicting prior quotes, etc.

It feels like Inglis will play round 1, given he had a run, albeit 20 mins, in the charity shield.. gotta assume its going to be at centre. In which case yeah, Hunt will probably push to wing?

Won't they just needle Johnston's ribs? Or were they broken?

Karl Lawton has left the Titans effective immediately & has gone to the Warriors.

Katoa got 21 tackle busts in a single game last year. Sure it's just U20s, but don't you want to be in on that action if gets even close to that in NRL

He was tempting last year in fantasy because you could pick him at CTR.

    Handy utility but injury prone

just watching a highlight video of katoa (have never seen him play).. he likes to shrug down and backwards/sideways out of tackles.. so probably good for some cheap TB's.. (may not get it as easy in NRL either)

Would you expect him to score more than Thompson and Kennar?

Reports are that Nathan Friend has said Luke Keary may not be right for round 1 and they are looking at slotting in Mitch Cornish to cover until Keary returns.

Depends how much ball he gets. Beale and Feki are horrible fantasy scorers but honestly I haven't seen much of Katoa so he could be worth it.

Saving some money at the start of the season can be useful

eg lets just say you start with Richard Kennar ($228k) and he scores poorly round 1 and doesn't rise in price.

And you want to switch to Lachlan Croker who has killed it and is now $245k

If you have $0 in the bank, you'll need to get that $17k by downgrading elsewhere. If you have a bit of a war chest saved up, you can more easily jump on the cheapies that you missed first up.

I just think that once you start having $460k saved up, then you have sacrificed too many points in your initial team and you would need to make a lot of cash, very quickly in order to catch up to the teams ahead of you.

Wooaahh.. wait a minute.. what do you mean ?? No one is going to be ahead of me though ?

Make sure you focus on getting Johnson back in, much better when ur Johnson's in. And that's a wrap !

My expectations for Kennar are very low. No real idea what to expect for Thompson or Kagoshima, so any answer I would give would just be a guess

Does that make King an option over Lichaa?

I’m worried about Brown’s minutes with that news.

Can anyone remember if Will Smith subbed King last year at the back end of the season?

I also reckon Pritchard can count himself unlucky, bloke is tough as nails for his size.
