I have Frizell in the draft comp. Tempted to bench him and play SST instead.

All things equal, it would make a lot more sense to give it to the 80 minute player.
Breaking pictures from Bondi-Taylor has just given Taukeiaho the news that he thinks Latrell is a better goal kicker:

Don't listen to him Welshy, Friz is gonna be the equivalent of Brown this season and should be considered as such in any trade negotiation.

Re: 2018 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 7
These are some stats I've drawn up on a bunch of FRF/2RF options I've been weighing up based off the 2018 Team Planner. Apologies for any minor stuff ups as I've done it all manually. Reasoning for different guidelines on minimum amount of minutes are based on what I'm realistically expecting them to get in 2018 and what their output could be. Keen to get feedback on all this.
Kevans: Semi keen, although 4 forwards on the Eels bench don't help
Rochow: If he's starting 2rf, I'd pick him over McQueen.
SST: Keen! Considering his 2017 stats are more realistic than 2016 as he's likely to be in the Prop rotation and likely to get 3-4 pts extra from conversions)
Liu: not as keen after looking at things with a larger sample size than just his few games at starting lock end of 2017.
Aubs: strongly considering him now although BJ is locked in to my CTRs so this will be a big change to my overall team.
Lowe: see other options with more value.
NAS: Seems like a good option, although Rochow seems like a cheaper DPP alternative.
2016 Stats:
Kevans: 37 in 40 mins (minimum 35 mins, 12 games)
Latu: 36 in 47 mins (minimum 35 mins, 22 games)
Rochow (starting 2nd Row, only 5 games): 43 in 80 mins
McQueen (starting 2nd Row, 13 games, min. 70 mins): 41 in 78 mins
SST: 50 in 63 mins (minimum 40 mins, 17 games - 27 conversions)
Isaac Liu: 41 in 55 mins (minimum 40 mins, 12 games)
Aubs: 43 in ~80 mins (starting 2rf, 15 games)
Ethan Lowe: 49 in ~80 mins (starting 2rf, 21 games)

Yeah, keen as on Rochow after his trial form. Hopefully ET is right for Round 1 so we know what Cleary's long term plans are.

Re: 2018 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 7
With JT7 playing half alongside Te-Maire Marting and Morgo into the centres till linnett gets back I think JT can pick up a whole bunch of points on KM hogging the kicks and way more ball without Morgo in the halves. JT can easily score 55+ for the first half of the season till morgo is back in the halves

Where did you see this written? Linnett could be out for 2-3 months, surely they wouldn't have Morgan in the centres for that long :O ?

If Rochow starts and Whitehead doesn't get the Lock possy, then I'd say yes I'd take the chance mate.
Rochow was tremendous in the trials. He has proven he can be a gun. He is DPP FRF/SRF and is $300k cheaper. I'd take a 40 average out of him and run with the cash grab. I'd probably actually settle for a 35 average knowing I have 300k to spend elsewhere.
I haven't looked at B/E's and what cash rises we can expect this year though.
If Whitehead is named at Lock I might even pick both . The thing that will make me nervous though is if ET isn't ready round 1 and then when he comes back Cleary shifts everyone around.

I dont care if there are six forwards on the eels bench, I dont think Brown will be spelled for the sake of giving lesser players a run. The coach wants to win games

Surely Green won't actually move the Dally M halfback of the year into the centres for 2 months to cover an injury they could competently cover with an actual centre
