My exact trades. Made them Tuesday night and haven't looked back. Honestly closed the app immediately and haven't given it a second thought.

As for anyone wanting MTB to add price tracking or whatever to his site, I think he has done enough and its about time people stopped being damn lazy and gather the info for themselves and/or make a spreadsheet recording their moves, or is that too technical for some people.

Its not what others can do for you, its what you can do for yourself.

Was the legends fb group the one that was made in the dying days of sportal?

I might just watch him for another week

I'd wait. And probably wait till after Burgess is back. Really like to see how the Rabbits middle forward minutes settle. They were good for rounds 2, 3 and 4 when the pack was pretty much full strength but that might not stay the case now that Tom Burgess is playing so well.

Hoping that Sam slots into the Props. For Murray's sake, but yeah I would see how the pack shuffles again on his return and he scored low last week. So it's safe.

But if I save them.. then I have Brown, Dugan, Latrell and eventually Fifita in my squad from Round 13 onwards.

    Hey RA,

Here is a link to something I wrote on BEs and price changes a couple of years ago. Hope it all makes sense.

    https://www.nrlfantasyfanatics.com/t128-stats-spreadsheets-etc-break-evens-current-for-round-14#14123

That is the formula I use for my BEs, and that MTB uses on his site.
I was using a MN of 15,000 early in the season (when fantasy scores were low) , but have dropped it down to 14,800 now that game scores seem to be improving.

    Hope it helps

That's excellent, saved to word for my future reference. I think I see the issue in what I was doing but I'll check later.

I can't do anything for myself though, and he made a whole damn site. He can do it. God damn MTB doesn't do enough for the fantasy game already. I mean sure he got a match center up before the actual site. I mean sure he provides BEs for free and a price predictor on his site that Fantasy don't have. I mean sure he has literally everything you possibly need. But I WWANT MORE!!!

He always had a pretty good understanding of BEs, and got me started when I first started calculating them myself

ArsenDragon us pretty good on the stats too
I don't think TT made it across as Random said. I think ( but could be completely wrong ) that he quit a year or two before the end of Sportal. His FB page hasn't been active for quite a few years either last time I checked ( stalked ).

Arsen I'm pretty sure isn't playing Fantasy now. After he slowed down on Sportal he was quite active with Renegades as Cam 'Stats' Williams but has multiple ( but similar ) FB pages. He was active on Legends for a while as well but last I heard I think he actually went to the dark side and was concentrating on AFL Fantasy. Could be wrong though, I haven't stalked him for a while...

How many points are you sacrificing each round in the mean time?

Haha, yup, I was thinking of using that as an example. Im not quite sure how he could think that was a sensible way to look at things.....

And then last week his analysis on how many tries players were gonna score before the end of the year effectively said that was inversely related to how many tries they had scored already this season. Im not sure how he reconciled that in his head either.

Anyway, like you say he has some good views too, but IMO they tend to be from a purely rugby league view point on not statistically based.

They guy is passionate though and I suspect has a good heart, but there's something up with him too. Hard to say without meeting him, but there's something not quite right Smile

The prediction that Hunt was going to score another 10 or 11 tries or something because he only had one this year and back in 2014 and 2015 he averaged 11.5! If he has five by round 26 I'm definitely buying him for that five or six try performance he will have. Maybe you could use a strike rate but even then there's a lot of randomness and there's almost no reason to not include 2016.... anyway enough on that!

Do you means RNGD Analytics? Mate, he is 100% the guy who has done all the awesome stuff over at Renegades.

I don't think anybody asked for this from MTB? In fact we thanked MTB for the price column added to the page and discussed using that feature.

I started the convo by wishing FailHub had the feature

@Random I have Dugan and Brown. I would prefer to hold Brown but the way I see it, I can get Tolo this week, Fifita next week, and potentially bring Brown back in after his 2-3 'eased-back-in' games.

    @filthridden lol!

Cam was around just as I started but then it switched from DT to Fantasy and I think that killed it for him. For me anyway he was something of the Godfather of stat collection.

I honestly don't mind people making requests - some useful requests that I hadn't thought of myself.

Unfortunately I just haven't had much free time in the last few weeks to add more to the site.

With Kennar expected to be out for only 1-2 weeks I guess it's not worth trading in Campbell-Graham.

No, that was probably ST's Latrops group maybe?

Legends has been around for ages, like close to 10 years. It was an upshoot of a now defunct FB group called Mentors, which in turn was an upshoot of another group (someone will remember the name). MS has been on there for a lot longer than me so might be able to give you the history. There are a couple of other lads from here in there as well, and quite a few who were in there in the past.
