Only had Thompson playing last night, will take 39. Stops him bleeding cash, for now.

Would have got Fonua this week if I was able too, he looked good. Assuming now if Lolo comes back, Thommo will go to MWZ's wing? Still a bit of risk there.

Hampton has been a smokey all year. He burnt me a little in the past! If he was a CTR DPP he'd be a lot more popular.

Looping Martin and Lane this week, legit not sure who will do better there. Will take a 40.

Went Gosie to Fonua at the last minute. Had a hunch he'd score 50+, will happily take 45 in my scoring 17.

Means that both my trades are spent for the week (also grabbed Martin), which saves me from agonising over the second trade for the next 48 hours. Feels good man .

Captained Lolo after last minute switch from Smith. Ah well. I'll be happy if none of the other options go too far over 60 though. If Smith busts an 80 though, I'll be dirty, and you'll be hearing about it!

Only one ball has stopped, the others may not fare any / much better. Maybe I’m too lenient on my Captains but I give anything over 50 a pass mark. Isn’t Lolo’s Average under 55?

I guess that’s the problem with Captaincy roulette, we all want the high scores, not the low scores. Maybe accepting the average and going the pick and stick route with one man is the sensible choice. Very vanilla though!

I have 50 as a benchmark - anything over this helps to top up the averages of my centres (in my mind anyway!!!!)

Scores of 50 and over 6

I'm with you mate. Still would have had 30 without the try which I would have been actually happy enough with. Gotta cool my emotions a bit during the game. Hopefully they do decide to share sides a bit more in attack, that's all we can ask.

50 is my benchmark for captain too. Majority of my picks have been Cook.

Scores under 50 2
Scores of 50 and over 7

Hoping for it to be at 8/2 after this week

Captains score hits an average of 56.5, so it's working out well.

Captain scores under 50 = 3
Captain scores over 50 = 6
Captain score round 10 = tba (Cook)

Cook has been my captain since round 6 & I captained him this round because he's after an origin jumper & even though he's up against the Dragons he proved he can score well against them with a 77 earlier in the year.

Really need to know today if Peats will play.  Depends if I trade Rein to Martin for the extra cash or Soro to Martin.  Either way, Havilli then becomes Fifita.

In one of my H2Hs their team is running Taumalolo, Taupau, JTurbo as their 2RF.

I have Taumalolo, RFM, Murray.

Haha in response to the Ennis criticism of his nephew Bryce Cartwright, John Cartwright has shot back saying "lay off my nephew & if you fight one of us, you fight the lot of us." Haha it sounds like the Cartwright family are going to turn up at Ennis' house.
And more on Ennis from John Cartwright "for someone to sit behind a microphone & say he's taking the piss & not trying, basically saying he's not having a go, I certainly take issue with that."

Thats an unprofessional response filled with emotion. He's not helping the situation. The only way to bite back is Bryce play good football and earn his paycheck, cause it's clear to everyone he's not, even coming from me who rated the guy.

As for his comment on sitting behind the mic and talking shit, he does know Ennis played the game right?
