I thought I heard on radio sport that it was to be named today or tomorrow. Not sure though tbh mate. I would have thought the Warriors need to know within the next couple hours though... Otherwise they will find it tough to follow through with their threat of resting their guys for this weeks match if they are heading to Denver. Unless the NRL give them an extended extended bench?

How funny that on both rounds we are allowed 4 trades I’m probably not going to do any lol. Murray is the main worry as is Martin if he isn’t named I guess. Lane still has money to make so I’ll hold another week at least. Would it be silly to trade ARey to SJ?

Who would you play this week for my ctr position:
(a) Fonua - Raiders (h) - Rapana is out & that's on Fonua's edge & he was very busy against the Sharks.
(b) Tuala - Warriors (h) - the last 2 weeks he has scored tries but the Cowboys could get a good win here if the mistake riddled Warriors turn up as opposed to the high completion rate Warriors
that turned up against Manly. The Warriors lately haven't been able to string 2 good games together.
I'm currently playing Fonua as I think Wests will attack down his edge with Rapana out.
Thoughts & thanks.
Edit - I removed Isaako because I sold him last week lol.

You can almost bank on 200m from Fonua so if he can get a bit lucky in some of the other stats you'd hope he's good for a floor of 30, but potential to go quite big. Its the floor that attracts me to him though, Fonua for me. v Canberra is a nice bonus too.

Is Surgess playing in the middle better for his fantasy output?

Normally yes. But not giving away penalties, not getting sin binned, not missing tackles and not dropping balls would help his score no matter where he plays.

Thoughts on any of the following for rd 17 cash outs:
Staggs
Opacic
Stimson
Who is everyone else looking at for rd 17 players sub $300k ?

Unless you've got heaps of trades, yes this would be silly

Yes he is but atm I rather buy Gallen over him because Gallen is always guaranteed to start at lock & he's also scoring better.

This game cracks me up. 2 weeks ago the consensus was stay away from Gallen he's old and washed up, no wonder he costs 600k.
Now after a 90 it's bloody bow down and get him in your team.
Sorry for the huge over action, I needed that lol

I don't think everyone was saying stay away from Gallen, most were watching with interest and coming back from injury it was obvious to steer clear until there is evidence that he can go big. He'll probably still be a 45 point player, adn it was looking like he might have been a sub 40 player but for his price he's shown he can still do good things and at a wonderful price to punt on after that 90. I'd probably look at him myself, but having like 3 players for round 17, I just don't think I could do it. No one is saying he is now a must have either.

Yeah, I kind of got that after my post, it's all good. We can tell you're frustrated mate and I don't blame you. The cards haven't fallen your way the last couple of weeks it seems at all. Are you looking at a round 17 strategy?

Na mate don't have the energy to do it. Just gonna have a break till Rd 17 TLT and see what the landscape looks like when I get back. Will keep up with team lists for the mean time so I can at least try post some scores.

My R17 strategy is becoming clearer and clearer as the weeks drag on.
There are not many players that play rd 17, that Id rather have over players ive already got.
Mcinnes and SJ are as close as it gets.
"don't fuck your team up for the sake of having players in rd 17"

SJ, McInnis and Harris only ones I want that potentially play R17. Won't be ripping my team up for R17

Sounds like you need a bit of a spell LB. This is meant to be an enjoyable break from realityLiverpool_Bulldog wrote:
