Just wondering about the talk of getting a $212k player (cashout)

I thought it doesn't really matter if they're going to play or not - if you're relying on them for points or money at this stage then somethings not quite right.

If they're there as a backup for injury then that's completely unpredictable and pointless in stressing over who to choose

I thought at this stage the $212k player you'd want would be one from the roosters who isn't going to ever take the field (just in case you're visiting the pool with your hooping....if you're into that kind of thing)

You are right, I don't need the money or the points, I guess the thought of another potential backup scoring points just helps for the peace of mind. I guess since my 18th man would be a back, it could be handy to have a red dot, but I think I'd rather potenitally have another scoring player, just for insurance.

On a side note....if things continue like this I'm loving how cheap SJ is going to be next season

Once Ponga is back, you don't really need the extra back truthfully. I think Farah or Taupau.

I am captaining arrow this week. Had the week off to rest and freshen up, playing a daytime Saturday game against the knights, looking for an 80.

I went farah captain. Going with milestone game theory. Though Arrow with a week off is a good shout by storm trooper

Must admit the team looks a lot better with 
Arrow and Fifita
Plus a bench of cook McInnis Martin Taupau/farrah

Next round I can cash out Brimson and possible even upgrade Scott to kikau For my 18th man

Roosters you say?

Can anyone shed any light on Gerard Beale as a cash out. Looking for a centre back up.
Other options I’m considering are Tom Wright and Brad Parker.
Would only play if my centres are out.

Anybody else leaving Brown out of their team this week? Think he will have to be my 18th this week. As one of the few still playing Isaako in their 17 I’m loving this move to FB as hopefully he can pump out a couple of decent scores til Ponga is back in my team

Got close to using 2 of my 3 trades to do Stimson>Clifford, JFH>Teddy. Would have meant Cotric to 17th man instead of JFH, and given me centre coverage.

JFH>Hayne and 2 trades for injuries also an option. Probably a better option. Still shouldn't. Ahhhh.

Feels like the theory of just sitting on trades and hoping to make ground once injuries strike is right, I just wish I had a stronger 17th man.

Must remember not to sideways like mad for bye coverage next year, especially if half the players I bring in are only going to get injured or change clubs before the round I need them for (Tohu, Mbye).
