1. I've heard Welshy say, don't captain a back unless is a last ditch end of year gamble, and he's right.
2. I don't think opposition really matters all that much.
.
In all the years I have been playing, there has been 1 time when captaining a back made sense.
Jarryd Hayne in the 2014 season when he was killing it
From Round 9 onwards that year he averaged over 70. Towards the end of the year he had 4 consecutive scores over 80 (think I got the last 2 of them as captain personally)

Of course, I was looking for that big score you know. Didn't you yourself say you captained Widdop for his big score last year? Or was that someone else?

Likely to start if they get a spot:
Ravalawa
Nikora
Garrick
Keighran/CHT (maybe both if Green is still injured)
Lomax
Hopoate (apparently can't play until he turns 18 around round 9)
Allan
Brown
Salmon (maybe at Center)
Gray
Abbey (didnt realise he was $228k)
French (man he played crap in many 80 minute games last season)
Burr
Likely to be on the bench if named:
Haas
Baptiste
Sele
Dillon
Blayke Brailey
Vete
Paseka
Ellis
Any that you think could be great value POD sleepers?
Are there any that we think could be traps?
They arent under 250 but a couple guys might be wayde egan and carty. also with lomax set to be 1 wing and pereira looking like the other i dont see ravalawa comming in without an injury.

Yeah mate, I could be way off, but I thought back in day we gave the banner to anyone who scored a tonne.... for the WEEK. It seems to have morphed into they get the banner until someone else gets a tonne. Don't crucify me on that one though, because I honestly can't remember. Do we even have a "standard" banner for non-tonne times? I think we did, it had like six guns from different teams on it? Anyway, what say you fellow mods and fanatics members?
Edit: I should also thank the creator of most of these banners, great work. Liverpool Bulldog wasn't it??

Yeah that's what I was getting at, I thought we had like 'the hundy club' as the offseason banner last year...I don't even remember a standard banner being a thing it's been so long. Definitely not hating on the quality cuz I could have spent the last 6 months working on one and it would still be shit lol.

I think everyone else is just slightly more mature than us Dizzle. And I don't say that lightly.

I mean I got it and all. I'd just used up all my upvotes that day already. Standard always seems to have more than most. Such a nice guy. I wasn't allocated as many.
