Risk was certainly higher before this Lawrence injury. Madge has typically used 1 big minute second row with the other playing 60 odd minutes. We have all seen what Matterson can do with a starting role I believe he can average anywhere from 50-55 this year
And you can do some really nice things with the rest of your team if you go from Arrow to matterson

My ideal starting backrow contains Crichton, Arrow, Matterson and Murray. Finding the cash to actually run with it is the difficult part without compromising elsewhere

They seem to have big wraps on Garner, he may hold his spot spot for Round 1. Still McQueen and Aloiai to factor in as well.

What a ripper pass. Its amazing what that time at the broncos did for him, had a nice little inside ball for Oates’s try as wellAlfie wrote:

Yeah my ideal is Arrow Matterson Murray but softens your bench which I don’t like.multiple.scoregasms wrote:

I think most Tigers fans would take Aoli over Garner but he just doesn’t seem to be a guy coaches rate.SI wrote:

From a points and value perspective I think that’s as good as you can get. I’ve got chrighton instead of Matterson as he’ll likely be my Captain in the early roundsGreenMachine wrote:

I had Crichton Murray and Arrow but WFB suffered a tad Tedesco, CNK and Bmoz, went Crichton to Matterson and allowed me to go CNK to Edwards and keep Bmoz.
Losing Crichton however limits my captain options. So I’m torn

What does everyone think of hodgson? thinking of running him as my bench hooker.

Now you’re making me doubt my back 3 of Edwards, Watson, cheapie. They’re the only 2 positions I’d been consistently happy with tooWelshy wrote:

Also, does JDB being stood down guarantee luciano an 80 minute role? I am able to fit either him, capewell or CHN on my bench as well.

Can’t see the upside mate his highest ever average is 47 I believe, lower than all the other options below Smith and Cook. Friend and Macca have both at least beaten the 50 barrier handily

Yeah, the supercoach guru seems to have a pretty high opinion of him. Who is the best bench option in the 550-650k range?

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 thread part 8
How do you think he’ll score anymore points than his price? Doesn’t score enough to be in your final 17 so if he doesn’t improve you need to trade him later with his only benefit being that I highly doubt he’ll lose any significant money.Ponga for prez wrote:What does everyone think of hodgson? thinking of running him as my bench hooker.

Murray if you don’t have him.Ponga for prez wrote:Yeah, the supercoach guru seems to have a pretty high opinion of him. Who is the best bench option in the 550-650k range?
Other in that price range, Vaughan, Ofa, Lane, Edwards, tolman and Watson.

my tv broke wrote:Chris Lawrence broken jaw. Luke Garner in everyone's team.
"After picking up an injury at training, the club has confirmed that Chris Lawrence has sustained a broken jaw and will miss the start of the 2019 NRL season.
Lawrence will consult a surgeon in Auckland today with the club able to provide a better evaluation of his expected recovery time following that."
Likely to be similar stats to Stimson do you think, but $60k less cost?

Watson could take off so I don’t mind him but I won’t run without Tedesco, just feel more comfortable with a sturdier back line and taking the punt on Matterson over Crichton as he will still score well even if he doesn’t get to 52/53Krump wrote:
