Getting in Tommy T whilst he’s cheap I reckon is more important to me over Capewell.

If I miss out on 30-40k on Walters oh well so be it.

Now just to decide whether to get Fogarty or Jamil.

Ugghhh I was pretty set on my 4 trades but @rhinoceroo made a decent point about me bringing in Turbo, when Ponga returns will have 4 very playable WFB options with Ponga, Papy and Drinkwater. I can move Drinky to half but already have Cleary and JMK so good there, Thought it might be best getting in Capewell for CTR stability and the big dog in Haas so currently switching to these trades

Also didn't want to go into first game back with only Carrigan to cheer on, haven't watched a game live at home for fucking months so I need some extras

    Trades
    DFifita - Hopo
    Knight - Haas
    Musgrove - Grant
    Walters - Capewell

    Koroisau
    Haas, Carrigan
    Taumalolo, Leilua, Hopoate
    JMK, Luai
    Capewell, Shiba
    Papy, Drinkwater, Williame

    Grant
    Mann
    Brailey
    Katoa

    Rudolph
    Aubbs
    Ponga
    Cleary

Think that set-up is much better, if Hopo gets dropped will move Capewell/Aubbs up and play Shiba in CTR

Surprised with you having Drinky DPP. That suggests you’re choosing JMK over TTurbo?

if Yeo continues those big minutes at lock, he will be my next trade in or Teddy if he keeps losing cash, I can bypass Turbo but not a cut price Teddy

Just hope my Mikaele drop doesn't backfire, gut feel on that one

I think for Haas non-owners getting him in these 4 trade rounds is the move I would make if I was non-owner as I assume all other rounds will be 2 trade rounds and it may be hard to get to high 900k in 2 trades even though you may sacrifice a little cash he may lose with high BE

I've got faith he can go around 46/48, so just under gun scores for half but will make decent cash

I think Mikaele might be a good buy in himself, but your balance is better now. BE 28ish and he'll still be there next week.

I like the Staggs pick but you've gotta suck it up and ride out the low 20s that he will inevitably get.

I'm obviously a bit biased but I think the Broncos will finish top 4 this year, Croft and Milford started well together and the forward pack is maturing. Winning more games than losing is only good for Staggs chances of tries.

Kikau will be the edge forward that gets rotated imo.

Capewell spoke in pre season about going to the Panthers for the opportunity to play the 80 minute edge role. I know coaches can do as they please and 'things change' but I'd bet on that being the intention. At worst he plays 70+ at which point it doesn't really matter

    He's not a trap.

Shiba won't lock until kickoff in the knights game on Sunday so you'll be all good to move him on Saturday

Bear in mind you wont be able to bring in a centre from any teams that have already played Idea

These are the trades I'm doing for RnT's team. He has 7 out with Kennedy a doubt as well so it's a matter of getting out a 17 for this round:
    D. Fifita out - Taumalolo in
Stimson out - H. Grant in
Wakeham out - K. Mann in
    Watkins out - Capewell in

    This leaves 3k bank

    Koroisau
    Haas, Carrigan
    Taumalolo (c), L. Knight, L. Leilua
    Luai, Mann
    Wiliame, Capewell
    Papenhuyzen, Kennedy, Drinkwater

    Friend, E. Katoa, H, Grant, J, Williams
    Guler, Cleary, Aubusson, Musgrove

In round 4 Musgrove (dropped), Kennedy (if Moylan plays), J. Williams (if bombs again) & L. Knight (if he continues to get low mins) will go.

I'd be tempted to punt on Fogarty instead of Mann so that you have the extra cash to get a gun WFB next week, as you only need a half for the short term.

When Cleary returns you can partner him and Drinkwater in the halves and have more money to spend on grabbing Trbo or something for WFB, meanwhile all going well Fogarty might make a bit more cash.

Or alternatively more money to spend on a second gun half if you just want to leave Drinkwater at wfb.
