    Start preparing yourself, Joseph.

The ARL Commission is poised to approve an exemption allowing rising sensation Joseph Suaalii to make his NRL debut this season as a 17-year-old.

The Daily Telegraph has been told the Sydney Roosters’ submission to the NRL asking that Suaalii be permitted to play NRL before he turns 18 was “compelling” and a decision could be reached before round one.

You know that if and when he is named, everyone will be able to pick him right? You don't get more points for being first on here to hype the hell out of it.

If the Suaalii exemption comes through before Tuesday and he is named in the 21, I would consider him from the start of the season

I just hate we don't know what Cameron is doing... although looking more and more likely he is set to retire, I just have this feeling he will fool us all. Probably some headline to come out like Cameron Smith going to Broncos/Titans only to read he has signed as a forward coach or something.

Most likely correct, which is why being named in the 21 would be a signal of how close he is to first grade.

He's not gonna play first grade unless there is an injury to the backline. He won't get a start over any of their backline letalone be in the 17 to start the season.

You seem to miss the point of what a 21 is for at TLT

What I'm trying to say is he's not gonna be fantasy relevant even if he is named in jersey number 21

That's a weird typo - 'n' and 'l' aren't even that close on the keyboard.

That is where we differ, given a chance, due to injury, form, suspension, covid scare, his playing ability makes him highly relevant in a strong backline in a top team.

Big news at Broncos ... Brodie Croft training at halfback. Tom Dearden set to be axed for season opener against Eels after starting in the No.7 in trial loss against Cowboys last Saturday night.

Wonder if the plan is Dearden in 14?

Anyone brave enough to start Croft for the third year in a row?

    lulz

I really don't get how you can axe a key member of your spine after one semi-serious trial match when you've been setup and planning to go that way since November/December. It's just terrible coaching/management IMO

Admittedly its just a photo from training and we all know players sub in and out during sessions, and it is Badel the biggest drama queen of the lot, the clickbait seeker

If milford is not right to go with his injury then croft will need to be ready anyway
