I know he wasn't great fantasy wise while at Parra but he might go ok at Newcastle and make some money plus he's a handy dpp.

One bonus of going with Woods and Graham is that I've got enough cash for Pauli as my 5th scoring 2rf.

I am not a risky player, but in this instance I would go with the higher ceiling in Fifita and Lam. Graham was on crutches after the game today in case you didn't know, but not sure how bad it is. Woods can't improve that much and misses the extra games through Origin; although Fifita may as well.
Woods named Tigers captain doesn't make you think he will get more minutes?
He routinely played 55-65 minutes last year mate.

I literally can't see any value players in the 2RF under 300k which is very unusual. Hoping team lists gives us a better idea
If you have the cash I think Evans is a good choice and will definitely make money.
Someone here also mentioned that Tim Grant had a big game tonight, was very involved and played big minutes. I think he's in for a big year.
You're right about the 2RF in that price range, no one really stands out.

For me the most impressive player was Waqa Blake.
I had him for part of last year and he mostly looked uninterested but really looked like a different player tonight.
I won't be picking him though.
Interesting because I thought he looked super at the 9s
Maybe they just realise, this kid is better than whare so stop treating the backline as untouchable. No reason Blake can't nail down a spot
Waqa Blake was a stand out tonight. A couple of tackle breaking runs and his passes were on the money. Didn't pay that much attention to his defense though.

Woods had a couple if injury affected games. One where he played 5 minutes or so and then shorter minutes the couple games after that.
Not massively discounted, but nor bad for his price

I read Takairangi had a good game for the Eels. Anyone confirm/deny.
I would be very interested in Blake but won't Whare & Hiku be the centres in round 1.
Takairangi has always lacked consistence for fantasy as he makes too many errors but if he hits some good form he's worth a look. Also he has the dpp tag so that's a plus for him. Maybe this year with all the new talent in the Eels he will fulfill his potential.

Just curious as to what happens if a player not yet in the system gets selected on an extended bench game 1, will he be place accordingly? as Zane Musgrove has impressed in the trials and has to be in the mix for a debut, and Madge loves his extended bench.

You have misplaced confidence in fanhub.
Couple of times last year players have made their debut before being added to the system
