    I'm treading carefully like players that could possibly be called up for game 2 given the result. Don't see Madge panic trading his players but would suck to get Api this week and only for him to play Origin 2. Brailey while no 16 at least gives you a good hooker option for this round.

    In that case, looking at;

    Angus and Lussick out for Mahoney and Presto/Curran. Could get Brailey and Ming/Kiraz but Mahoney covers 16.

    Need a WFB or a HLF to field 13, wondering if I should bank on history repeating itself and jump on Drinky, this time last year is when he caught fire.

    This time last year he was like 400k wasn’t he? Something ridiculous.

    I'm a little interested in Toby Sexton. If he's jumped Hutchison (finally) then I think he could be value there.

    Will Burton play for the Dogs this week if he stays 18th man? From memory I don't think so?

    Also have Matto.. figure he isn't going to play.. he can just become Tedesco to fill that last spot.

    Haven't looked that far ahead yet.  My main hooker has been Robson all year.  I expected Api to get the nod so need an option.  No way I'm keeping fucking Lussick for his 9 points.

    EDIT: I guess I could just go Brailey for a cheaper price and run hookerless in 16.

    Just had a look at Game 1 last year and Dearden was 18th for QLD and you are right didnt play for the cowboys

    I think it should be one of those ‘unwritten rules’ that origin coaches select their 18th man from a team on bye, it’s kinda sucks for both them and their club that they get pulled from playing that weekend to, in all likelihood, spectate an origin game from the bench.
