So I've heard captains options from the Roosters of (including from me):

    Teddy
    SWalker
    Manu
    Terrell
    DYoung

Yeah, each could go big. But there's a fair bit of risk in guessing who.

I'd much rather a decent starting forward ifIHadOne.meme

Weekes, Armstrong, Fuller... all high variance backs too.

Smithies? No. KPP? May not start. JMK? Too low......

Is it too late to get on Armstrong? Prices at 444k so surely still value?

    JBrailey
    Sorensen, SHughes
    KPP, Curran
    Weekes
    Iro
    Armstrong, Kris, Tedesco (c)

Tempted to trade up to 11 but with low trades and possible trade options Koula and Burbo sitting around with low BEs, its hard to reason to trade them out.

    $630k and no DPP.
Think I'd rather take a punt on Trell (once Rd.13 bye is done).
Play 12 this week and save the trade, there will undoubtedly be more injury carnage just around the corner.

Agreed that the Roosters backs are risky C options, but of that list I'd be banking on Ted (will have a point to prove to Madge) or Manu.
I I have S.Walker & Ted and will probably go with the ex-NSW captain.

I have 11 plus Matto, so I guess as 3% chance at 12 before trades

13th player can be WFB or HLF or MID thanks to DPPs
Likely suck it up and get Teddy after brushing him at R10.

I wouldn't trade someone in to get 17 this week if they aren't part of my team going forward.
Trades more valuable than whatever 1 player scores this week.

Guys like Teddy are the ones you should be targeting.

    I'm going Manu myself.

His edge should be mostly intact, with all the Roosters outs being on the other side (Suaalii, Keary, Angus), and he will be running at a makeshift Cowboys edge (Taulagi, Holmes and Dearden are all out).

Also helps that he's a huge ball hog and occasionally roams around.

My other C option would be Aitken, but I think Manu could go huge this week.

I have 12 before random injuries strike between now and the weekend

Will probably trade at least 1 if Hynes/Crichton

If NSW win, but Moses and/or Cleary are available for games 2/3 will Hynes keeps his spot (assuming he is even fit to play himself)
Also is there any chance that Hynes is not fit enough for NSW but is fit enough for Cronulla?
I'm guessing no chance for R13 but a chance he plays 14 even if he ends up ruled out of origin
And if he does play origin chance of backing up would be pretty much 0.

I'm trading Hynes. Have to choose him and Angus, and Hynes' calf is the deciding factor for me.

Probably to Aitken, but maybe Tago as a value trade.

I'm guessing no chance for R13 but a chance he plays 14 even if he ends up ruled out of origin
And if he does play origin chance of backing up would be pretty much 0.

I think Nicho is zero chance of R14, he either plays Origin and gets a rest, or he's injured and misses both (only 3 days apart). Also if he's still in the team game 2, he is zero chance of backing up for round 17 (2 day turnaround)

Here's the games Nicho will play between R14-19 (we can assume he won't play 13, and he has a bye R20)

Best case scenario: 15, 17, 18, 19 - if he is not selected for Game 2 or 3

Worst case scenario: 15, 18 - if he plays both Game 2 and 3

My plan is to hold Nicho now and then look at trading to Hughes next week (at worst I would get one extra game, at best I would get four since Hughes only has his R19 bye left).
Doing that trade would let me trade two coin goats (Likely to be Mikaele and Atkinson but could be any of them) to E. Katoa and Fainu, alongside the Hughes purchase.

    Ponga due back R22 (nrl.com)

So you've 9 rounds, of which two are byes.

Armstrong looks really good - active, engaged and fantasy-relevant game. Will he get your 150k in 7 rounds? Maybe!

I'd take the risk, but not if it meant skipping Teddy/Trell etc.

    My provisional trades are:

    Hynes > Teddy
    Blore > Aitken
JMK > M.King (already have Mahoney as hooker and JMK doesn't play 14)

Leaving me with 12 for Rd. 13 and 16 for R14 (plan to trade in Brailey in R14 to make 17)

    Mahoney
    S.Hughes, King, Plath
    KPP, Aitken (VC)
    Weekes, Strange
    Iro, Talagi
    Garrick, Tedesco, Armstrong

    Cotter, CNK, Galvin, Crichton
    J.Hughes, Carrigan, Fainu, Brbo

What are peoples thoughts? They the right Tradeouts?

I’d like Teddy this week, would probably be for Angus.

Still leaves me with 5 outs for Round 14 and then would be hoping for no injuries and players to back up from Origin.
Then also on top of that hope he isn’t selected for games 2/3.

    Feels a bit risky

I’m not used to trading green dots, but is Young to Teddy a no brainer?
